Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison’s chief of staff took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to promote a pro-Hamas rally in Minneapolis on Sunday.
At the event pushed by Donna Cassutt, who has served as Ellison’s chief of staff since 2019, protesters called for Israel’s eradication and told Israeli “settlers” to “f*ck off,” according to The Washington Free Beacon reported.
Not surprisingly, Ellison has been silent on Hamas attacking Israel, killing over 1,300 people, raping women and children, and beheading infants while kidnapping more than a hundred people.
“Can’t be silent about the atrocities the Palestinians are facing. Show up in community and raise our collective voice against imperialism, colonialism, and genocide,” read the tweet Cassutt reposted.

“More than 1,000 pro-Hamas demonstrators went on to attend the rally in Minneapolis,” the Free Beacon reported. “Attendees brandished signs and repeated chants with the slogan ‘From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,’ which advocates for the destruction of Israel. One attendee, meanwhile, held a sign saying, ‘Settlers fuck off,’ while others called to ‘end U.S. aid to Israel.'”
Minnesota, home to radical left Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, who has a long history of antisemitic behavior, has the largest population of Somali Americans in the nation, estimated at more than 86,000, according to MinnPost, with most living in the Minneapolis area.
American Muslims for Palestine is one of the sponsors of the rally in Minneapolis and they justified the savage butchery by Palestinian terrorists while denying it was an attack.
“First of all, this was not an attack, it was a response,” the group said on its website. “Expecting a besieged, occupied, brutalized, and colonized people to remain docile in the face of nearly a century of brutal oppression and colonial subjugation is inhumane and unjust.”
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story from X, and suffice it to say Cassutt doesn’t fare too well:

Not surprised that Ellison’s office is full of anti-semites

I can’t think of words that fully describe how ignorant and vile you are.

But of course the so called Chief of Staff for the women beater AG from MN would post this… Wonder how many terrorists will show up. You fools are a joke and should be removed from this state

I’ve been looking for your concern for Israelis who were ambushed, raped, butchered, tortured and taken as hostages…
What a disgusting human to ignore such brutality. You, Ellison and the rest of the Marxists infesting Minnesota are a blight on humanity. pic.twitter.com/9CD3fg9dGJ

Keith Ellison still hasn’t made a statement on the terrorist attack targeting Jews from Hamas.
We’re a week removed from the attacks at this point.
His staff continues to push anti-Israel rhetoric though. This time from his Chief of Staff.
Again, still ZERO acknowledgement… https://t.co/Lme5WIasWk pic.twitter.com/YDwEjS1csJ
