MSNBC host soils himself over ‘suicide pact’ Electoral College

MSNBC’s Chris Hayes may have just let the cat out of the bag that all of the hype about the Kamala Harris surge in the polls is being orchestrated by the media and she’s really losing.

Rachel Maddow’s prissy male counterpart soiled his diaper over polling that shows that former President Donald J. Trump could win the election based on the Electoral College, an institution that Democrats have called to be eliminated.

Reacting to polling guru Nate Silver’s expert analysis that Trump has a 52.4 percent chance of winning the Electoral College vote compared to 47.3 percent for Harris, the effeminate left-winger decried the “suicide pact” that’s enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

“Independent of the model itself, it’s clear as day the electoral college is, to quote the great justice Jackson a national suicide pact. Just a wildly dangerous institution that undermines democracy but also creates all manner of rube-goldberg machinery to be attacked by bad actors,” Hayes wrote in a wonky whine, a part of the opening salvo to the coming Democrat war on the Constitution.

Hayes was referring to Democrat Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson who in 1949 wrote that the nation’s highest court “will convert the constitutional Bill of Rights into a suicide pact” by not balancing legal “doctrine logic with a little practical wisdom.”

The Silver analysis that triggered Hayes shows that Pennsylvania stands to be the difference maker in November, a significant prediction considering that the virulent anti-Semitism of the Democrat base influenced Harris to bypass the state’s Jewish Governor Josh Shapiro as her running mate in favor of truth-challenged “Tampon Tim” Walz.

It was a decision that is, if Silver’s number crunching is to be believed, already coming back to bite Harris and the Democratic party surrogates are howling about the Electoral College, the system put into place by the nation’s Founding Fathers to prevent populous states like California and New York from imposing their will on the rest of the nation.

In another post to X, the MSNBC pundit made the ridiculous statement that “if the EC weren’t in the constitution it would be blatantly unconstitutional,” a combination of Orwell and idiocy.

Hayes isn’t the only one decrying the Electoral College with the honeymoon for “Kamalot” now looking to be over.

One MSNBC guest, University of California at Berkeley law school dean Erwin Chemerinsky called for a rewriting of the Constitution that would allow Democrats to solidify their one-party state.

“Choices that were made in adapting the Constitution have come to haunt us,” Chemerinsky proclaimed. “The Electoral College increasingly is choosing the president who lost the popular vote.”

The New York Times is also calling for big changes.

The unfolding attack on the Constitution by Democrats and their mouthpieces underscores how serious the election is with the party poised to use its majority to completely overhaul the entire system by ripping out the cornerstone and replacing it with something more to their liking.
