MSNBC just can’t believe ‘shocking’ poll that Biden is a bigger threat to democracy than Trump

All of the malarkey being shoveled by Democrats that former President Donald J. Trump is a threat to democracy isn’t fooling a critical voting bloc and MSNBC is perplexed.

A recent poll showed that 53 percent of independent voters believe that President Joe Biden will “weaken” democracy as opposed to only 42 percent for Trump, an ominous result for the White House in what’s expected to be a close election.

Members of an MSNBC panel on Wednesday’s edition of “Ana Cabrera Reports” discussed the “shocking” numbers, an indication that the regime’s “insurrection” propaganda isn’t resonating with the normies.

The host and her panelists chewed on the numbers of the PBS Newshour/NPR/Marist poll which MSNBC political analyst and “Republican” strategist Susan Del Percio found it hard to swallow, at least when it came to the astute observation of a majority of independents.

“I find it shocking, honestly,” Del Percio said. “I can’t make sense of that number. I wish I could. I wish I could have some really great insight to it, but I don’t know if it’s an outlier or not, because the other numbers with independents and Biden are going in the right direction. So, that may be it.”

She also remarked on why the lurid Stormy Daniels “hush money” trial that’s currently underway in a New York City courtroom blaming the lack of sensationalist television coverage due to the lack of cameras in the courtroom.

“This trial is not on TV. You guys do a great job reporting what’s happening, but if there aren’t those images coming out of the courthouse, people feel like they know this story,” Del Percio said. “We’ve heard about it for a long time.”

Independents would seem to agree with third-party presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. who stunned CNN’s Erin Burnett when he said that Trump’s not the one who Americans should be worried about.

“Listen, I can make the argument that President Biden is a much worse threat to democracy, and the reason for that is President Biden is the first candidate in history, the first president in history that has used the federal agencies to censor political speech…to censor his opponent,” Kennedy told the shocked talking head.

“The greatest threat to democracy is not somebody who questions election returns but a president of the United States who uses the power of his office to force the social media companies, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, to open a portal and give access to that portal to the FBI, to the CIA, to the IRS, to CISA, to NIH to censor his political critics,” Kennedy said.

It’s as of it’s hard to understand why so many see Biden as a threat with his angry demagoguery, constant race-baiting, the weaponizing of the federal government against his political opponents, and the ongoing efforts to convict Trump in one of multiple kangaroo court trials. Not exactly characteristics espoused by benevolent freedom-loving leaders, and certainly never from a sitting president of the United States of America.

It’s not good for Democrats that “Bidenomics” isn’t the only hoax that voters aren’t swallowing.
