Propping up Iran’s Islamist regime as a mere “opponent” found an MS NOW host pulling the worn-out race card over rhetoric on the president and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.

On Sunday, President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to slam the “Radical Leftwing Press” for the manner in which it has covered ongoing Operation Epic Fury and more. The day before, MS NOW co-host Antonia Hylton appeared to give an example of the “Corrupt and Highly Unpatriotic ‘News'” when she accused the commander-in-chief and Hegseth of a “bit of racism” for language used when discussing the State Sponsor of Terrorism.
After suggesting based on reporting from peers in corporate media that the administration was ill-prepared for the manner in which Iran would respond to strikes, Hylton was particularly interested in a reaction from Ayman Mohyeldin as she said, “The other piece of this that I found really disturbing in the messaging around the war recently — and Ayman, I really want your thoughts on this in particular — is some of the language in the description of their opponent. Sort of the way they seem to create this image of the Iranians and all of their sort of proxies or allies, the sort of imagery that they conjure up.”
“And I think that it takes a certain amount of arrogance and I’m also going to say it, a bit of racism, to constantly talk about people like they are savages — that is a word that we have heard Hegseth use — talk about people as though they are subhuman, too stupid to engage in a war with the United States, incapable of possibly outmaneuvering us, and then find ourselves in the exact position in which it appears they are consistently outmaneuvering us,” she claimed of the remarks that spoke to the recent swath of terrorist attacks in the United States that left her alleging the officials were guilty of “casual eugenic talk.”
As a reminder, Mohyeldin, who opened the program with a tease of his interview with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi as corporate media rolled out the red carpet for the regime to have its say on the air, was the same co-host allegedly benched in the wake of Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023, terror attack on Israel.
Playing Hegseth’s Tuesday remarks, the clip featured the cabinet member saying, “For 47 years, these barbaric savages in the Iranian regime have murdered our brothers in arms, my guys, your guys, our guys …” and cut off before he continued, “… through their terrorist proxies and cowardly attacks. Now they race toward a nuclear bomb to hold the world hostage. The Iranians have targeted and killed thousands of my American brothers.”
For his part, Trump asserted in a statement that “Iran has long been known as a Master of Media Manipulation and Public Relations … really good at ‘feeding’ the very appreciative Fake News Media false information,” while social media reactions were unsurprised by what was only the latest use of “race baiting” from the network formerly known as MSNBC.

She seems to think everything that she disagrees with is racist.

Maybe she should ask an actual Iranian if they believe the attacks are racist? I don’t think she will like the answer however…
