MTG says leaker is Biden target for being ‘white, male, Christian and anti-war’; Swalwell is triggered

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) weighed in on the arrest of national security leaker Jake Teixeira who posted secretive military secrets online in a leak that some have praised as a heroic act, suggesting that he is an enemy of the regime because he is a white Christian male, an opinion that greatly upset her volatile Democat House colleague Rep. Eric Swalwell (R-Calif.) who probably wishes that he would have kept his itchy Twitter finger in its holster.

On Thursday, federal agents swarmed the Massachusetts home of the alleged leaker, 21-year-old National Guard member Jack Teixeira whose leaking of highly sensitive material on the U.S. involvement in NATO’s Ukrainian proxy war on Russia has been likened by some to the Pentagon Papers in terms of significance, taking him into custody after The New York Times, which ironically published the explosive Vietnam era documents, aided the FBI in identifying him.

The fiery Georgia lawmaker took to Twitter after Teixeira was taken into custody to suggest that he was declared to be an “enemy” of the Biden administration because he is “white, male, Christian, and antiwar” and that “he told the truth about troops being on the ground in Ukraine and a lot more,” an opinion that isn’t inconsistent with her previous criticism of the undeclared war in the notoriously corrupt Eurasian country.

Swalwell reacted to the conservative GOP lawmaker’s take by shooting from the hip as he is prone to doing, accusing her of snuggling up with the enemy.

“McCarthy’s top lieutenant is siding with one of the biggest traitors America has seen. I’m sorry, Marge, being white, male, and Christian is not license to betray your country and put the lives of thousands at risk. But this wouldn’t be the first time she sided with traitors,” he tweeted in response to MTG.

But as is often the case with the congressman from California, in his rush to own Republicans, he instead shot himself in the foot as many were quick to remind him that he himself is guilty of sleeping with the enemy, notoriously having pillow talk with the communist Chinese espionage agent nicknamed “Fang Fang” in an indiscretion where he placed his own libido above national security, a relationship that would later contribute to him being booted off of the House Intelligence Committee by Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy.

Greene reacted to Swalwell’s latest stepping on a rake.

“Funny thing for an elected Member of Congress to say that had a sexual relationship with a Chinese spy while serving on the Intel Committee,” she tweeted in response. Do you miss her? Is that why you constantly make it so easy to dunk on you?”

Today’s incarnation of the Democratic Party is a complete circus and when it comes to clowns, Rep. Swalwell is the main attraction.
