Musk says FBI ‘seems to want to do the right thing’, but Twitter acted as Dem ‘activist machine’

The latest release of internal Twitter documents that show the level of coordination between top management figures at the San Francisco-based social media giant and federal agencies detail the decision-making process leading up to the banning of the sitting president of the United States, Donald J. Trump, an unprecedented move that demonstrated the vast, unaccountable power wielded by Big Tech.

In Friday’s third installment of the “Twitter files” it was again journalist Matt Taibbi’s turn to post material showing the “erosion of standards” prior to Trump’s account being locked down as well as the ongoing communications with agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation that he states “show Twitter executives getting a kick out of intensified relationships with federal agencies.”

Despite the FBI’s role in the censorship operations on the platform, billionaire Elon Musk who has made it his mission to exercise transparency since his $44 billion deal to purchase the company closed in late October, defended the feds while at the same time stating that prior to his acquisition, the company operated with complete fealty to the Democratic Party.

“With rare exception, the FBI seems to want to do the right thing, but there is no question that Twitter operated as a Democratic Party activist machine,” wrote the world’s wealthiest man on Friday.

In another tweet, Musk responded to Tom Fitton of the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch who wrote that the “Twitter Files” show that “Twitter activist employees, without basis, suppressed and censored the President of the United States, @realDonaldTrump in the days before the 2020 election. This is damning evidence of election interference.”

“Unequivocally true. The evidence is clear and voluminous,” Musk wrote.

Last month, the new “Chief Twit” acknowledged Twitter’s role in the manipulation of elections, infuriating Democrats and their allies but the damning internal documents show that he is absolutely right and not deterred by criticism when it comes to proving his point.

“The obvious reality, as long-time users know, is that Twitter has failed in trust & safety for a very long time and has interfered in elections,” Musk wrote in a response to a user who slammed the company’s trust and safety team as a disgrace in response to a Reuters report quoting the department’s former boss Yoel Roth that Twitter was not safer under new management.

Taibbi’s long part three thread used internal communications channels to show Roth’s fawning deference to an FBI that has operated as a weapon of the Biden regime and the Democratic Party as a whole since 2016 when Trump pulled the political upset of the century against the “unbeatable” Hillary Clinton, resulting in a unified effort by Obama and Clinton loyalists within the federal bureaucracy to destroy his presidency.

“After J6, internal Slacks show Twitter executives getting a kick out of intensified relationships with federal agencies. Here’s Trust and Safety head Yoel Roth, lamenting a lack of ‘generic enough’ calendar descriptions to concealing his ‘very interesting’ meeting partners,” the journalist wrote with a sample of Roth’s remarks.

In another Roth document, Taibbi mocked the former top censor’s remarks as being “farcical in its self-flagellating tone…”

Additional installments in the “Twitter files” will continue to be released with more expected to be posted as early as Saturday.
