Nancy Pelosi stumbles with her own communication while accusing Trump of mental decline

California Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s effort to lash out at the former president for alleged “cognitive degeneration” came complete with real-time projection.

“Hi Kettle, meet Pot…”

While threatening Republicans with a good time suggesting a scenario where Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance would complete former President Donald Trump’s potential second term, the former speaker of the House experienced some apparent technical difficulties delivering an attack on the GOP leader’s mental faculties.

Joining former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on her MSNBC program “Inside with Jen Psaki” on Sunday, the 84-year-old Pelosi’s attempt to score points on 78-year-old Trump found her encumbered by her own shortcomings.

“I think that what,” she started after the host showed a clip from a Lititz, Pennsylvania rally, appearing to get hung up on her words before spitting out, “the ex-president just said is further indication of his cognitive degeneration.”

“You saw recently when he was talking about whether he chose electrocution or being eaten by sharks. Something’s very wrong there,” projected Pelosi before struggling with her words once more bringing up a point the president had made multiple times. “And indicative of and it also is — diminishing the power of the press which is the guardian of our freedom and our country.”

“So, I think people who might be thinking about voting for him have to know that he can’t last as president for four years with his brain deteriorating at the rate that it is, and is clearly evident. And, they may be voting President Vance, which would be a horrible thing for our country,” she added before returning to her husband’s hammer attack while referencing the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

The attempt to challenge Trump’s health and stamina, despite his participating in significantly more rallies and interviews than his opponent Vice President Kamala Harris, came packaged with the latest demagoguery of the GOP leader who had brought attention to the lack of bulletproof shielding between him and the media at his rally.

“But all we have really over here is the fake news, right? And to get me, somebody would have to shoot through the fake news,” the president told supporters. “But I don’t mind that so much.”

The fact that Pelosi was heavily credited with responsibility for the so-called “palace coup” that saw Biden supplanted by Harris as she and other octogenarian and nonagenarian creatures of Washington, D.C. clung onto their own power did not go overlooked in the reactions — nor did the possibility that it wasn’t her natural state that was to fault as much as it may have been the blame of social lubricant.

“Kind of forgot to mention that Pelosi barely got the words out… maybe it isn’t Trumps mental acuity we should worry about. Of course, she could just drunk again,” alleged one user on X as another suggested, “Hi Kettle, meet Pot… [except] this time I think she’s the pot & the kettle.”
