Democrats are foaming at the mouth over a new ad touting President Donald J. Trump’s record and commitment to crushing communism in advance of the midterm elections.
The 30-second spot was aired this week during shows on Fox News and immediately went viral on social media as foes of the president erupted over the ad, which, in addition to a montage of patriotic footage, stated that it was “Paid for by the U.S. Government.”
“Together we will defeat communism, socialism and Marxism in America,” Trump vows in the ad. “America will never be a communist country.”
The White House is currently airing this video as an ad during commercial breaks on Fox News.
It looks and sounds like a political spot and includes a disclaimer stating that it is paid for by the U.S. government.

The spot also shows a series of images of the president, a military flyover of the White House, and footage of Trump and UFC boss Dana White, who praises his friend and ally as the “toughest, most resilient person that I’ve ever met.”
“Love Me” by JMSN provides the soundtrack to the rousing advertisement that is guaranteed to get the juices of Trump’s MAGA base flowing with the most important midterm elections in the nation’s history less than six weeks away.
Not that it should be a great shock to anybody, but congressional Democrats went totally berserk with House Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) suggesting that the spot is a criminal offense.

“Every taxpayer, no matter your party, should be outraged by this,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) fumed in a post to X. “Your money is being used to fund campaign ads for Trump. It’s totally completely illegally. He’s stealing your money for his campaign.”
Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) fired off an angry letter to White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles demanding answers about who was behind the ad and how it was funded.
“The advertisement raises deep concerns about the Trump Administration’s use of taxpayer dollars and its compliance with federal laws that prohibit the use of appropriated funds for the promotion of a political party or candidate,” Hassan wrote.
The White House rejected the idea that the spot is inappropriate, insisting that it is a “public service announcement.”
“These public service announcements are about reminding Americans to love their country and understand what makes it worth defending, at home, at our borders, and abroad,” a White House spokesperson told CBS News in a statement. “The ad is educational and unapologetically patriotic. We should be proud of our country.”
The ad will likely serve as the basis for one of the blizzards of Soviet-style investigations that Democrats are looking to launch if they retake control of the House in November with Raskin as the chief inquisitor.
