Newsom ‘absolutely convinced’ there will be no 2028 presidential election

California Governor Gavin Newsom may fail when it comes to political policy, but his ability to gaslight his base is off the charts.

In a recent clip, Newsom continued to evoke manufactured fear over the 2028 presidential election, which he now claims won’t happen.

“Wake up,” Newsom urged. “You will lose your country.”

“I am absolutely convinced there won’t be an election in 2028,” he said, claiming that President Trump tried to “steal” and “rig” the 2026 election “in plain sight.”

Newsom has been amping up his warnings about the integrity of the next presidential election, which he is presumably already running for, since he was hysterically trolled by a “Trump 2028” hat that was mailed to him.

The humiliation wasn’t enough to stop the seasoned politician, who is doubling down and receiving plenty more backlash for his latest contradicting comments.

Apparently, he has a lot of extra time on his hands.

So stupid.

He wouldn’t be the governor of California if there weren’t.

Perhaps both. TDS appears to create havoc in the brain.
