Efforts to curb the flow of foreign nationals into the country are expanding as a cabinet secretary put “every damn country” behind certain specific bad actors on notice.
Last week, an attack in the nation’s capital, widely viewed as an act of terror on the eve of Thanksgiving, appeared to be the catalyst to further ramp up efforts at restoring America’s national sovereignty. Now, after the president has called for a broad review of immigration policies and reevaluation of even those previously approved to be in the country, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called for a full ban on nations flooding the U.S. with “killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies.”
In a statement posted to X Monday evening, ahead of a scheduled cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Noem detailed, “I just met with the President. I am recommending a full travel ban on every damn country that’s been flooding our nation with killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies.”
“Our forefathers built this nation on blood, sweat, and the unyielding love of freedom–not foreign invaders to slaughter our heroes, suck dry our hard-earned tax dollars, or snatch the benefits owed to AMERICANS,” she added. “WE DON’T WANT THEM. NOT ONE.”

Days earlier, President Donald Trump, after announcing that West Virginia National Guard Specialist Sarah Beckstrom had succumbed to her injuries after being attacked by an alleged Afghan national, sounded off on how globalist open border policies had negatively countered much of the technological progress of the nation.
In response to concerns about criminality, including violence and fraud, the chief executive announced, “I will permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries to allow the U.S. system to fully recover, terminate all of the millions of Biden illegal admissions, including those signed by Sleepy Joe Biden’s Autopen, and remove anyone who is not a net asset to the United States, or is incapable of loving our country, end all Federal benefits and subsidies to noncitizens of our Country, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic tranquility, and deport any Foreign National who is a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”
Appearing on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Monday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reaffirmed the president’s efforts on the matter as she said, “President Trump has done more to crack down on illegal immigration and to strengthen our legal immigration system than any president in history.”

After reminding about the travel ban implemented earlier this year on 19 countries that included Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iran, and Somalia, she went on to highlight Noem’s recommendation as well as efforts under Secretary of State Marco Rubio to strengthen and improve the vetting process for visa applicants.
“And I would just remind people around the world that coming to the United States of America is a privilege, it is not a right,” stated Leavitt. “And if you abuse that privilege, and if you don’t align with the values of the United States, and you don’t respect our country, our culture, our laws, and our people, you are not welcome here under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump.”
