‘Now, they’re after us’: Kelsey Grammer sounds alarm about Trump-hating left

Kelsey Grammer did not bother with downplaying his view of the intolerant left in America today, warning Republicans to be prepared for the worst.

The iconic actor sounded the alarm during a recent appearance on Tomi Lahren’s podcast, declaring that President Donald J. Trump will not be able to protect conservatives when the wolf is at the door.

“The habits of the left when they are out of power is to just keep throwing lawnmowers, or throwing rocks at glass houses, or whatever you want to say,” Grammer said.

“But they know it’s not true. They know I’m not a racist, but they’d call me one. They know I’m not a fascist, but they’d call me one,” he said. “But it’s more important that I know I’m not one.”

“And what’s really more important, I think, for Republicans in general now, is to understand that Donald Trump’s not standing in the gap anymore. He can’t protect us anymore,” Grammer said. “They dished out everything they could give him. They tried to kill him. They tried to kill him twice. They tried to imprison him for life. They tried to impeach him twice. He stood there bravely and took everything of it.”

He explained that people voted for Trump in large part because of the left, saying the opposition got “their own desserts.”

“But now, they’re after us,” he added.

Social media users seemed to be comforted by the fact that a man of Grammer’s stature would be so open about his take on what lies ahead.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
