NYC Mayor Adams puts ‘rabble-rouser’ Marjorie Taylor Greene on notice, she fires right back

Conservatives who will be making the journey to New York City to protest the indictment of former President Donald J. Trump will be venturing directly into the heart of hostile territory in a city run by Democrats who are itching for an excuse to brutally crack down, and Gotham Mayor Eric Adams put the “rabble rousers” on notice, specifically naming Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene who will be in the city to support the embattled 2024 GOP frontrunner when he is arraigned on Tuesday.

On Monday, Adams spoke at a press conference on the eve of Trump’s appearance before a judge as the Big Apple braced for an expected circus atmosphere, putting the Georgia Republican on notice that she will be closely watched while suggesting that her rhetoric could incite violence, a common refrain from the media which has been predicting a possible sequel to the so-called January 6 “insurrection” after the former president urged supporters to “PROTEST, TAKE OUR NATION BACK!” before Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s grand jury pulled the trigger last Thursday.

“While some rabble-rousers may be thinking about coming to our city tomorrow, our message is clear and simple. Control yourselves. New York City is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger,” Hizzoner said. “Though we have no specific threats, people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, known to spread misinformation and hate speech stated she is coming to town. While you’re in town, be on your best behavior.”

“If one is caught participating in any act of violence, they will be arrested and held accountable, no matter who you are,” Adams said in what seemed to be a veiled threat to Rep. Greene. “Thank the police department and commissioner for their response and the necessary preparation as we deal with this major historical potential event that will take place in the city.”

The fiery lawmaker fired back at the criminal-coddling Democrat. a retired cop who has done little to clean up the crime-ridden hellhole that he presides over since he took office last year.

“Delusional @NYCMayor is trying to intimidate, threaten, and stop me from using my 1st amendment rights to peacefully protest the Democrat’s unconstitutional weaponization of our justice system against our top Republican Presidential candidate, President Trump,” she tweeted in response to Adams’ remarks.

“Mayor Adams should be more concerned about NY citizens and taxpayers being murdered, raped, robbed, and carjacked than an elected Member of Congress coming to town,” MTG added. “Or should I be the one concerned that the mayor of NYC will weaponize his government or maybe his thugs like DA Alvin Bragg against me?”

The congresswoman also made headlines for her appearance on CBS’ flagship “60 Minutes” which aired on Sunday, especially her epic response to Lesley Stahl’s trap question on whether the Democrats are the party of pedophiles.

“I would definitely say so,” Greene responded, leaving the veteran reporter scraping her lower jaw off of the floor. “They support grooming children…”

Greene has been perhaps the most vocal member of Congress when it comes to advocating for the J6 political prisoners who have been held in deplorable conditions in a special D.C. facility that some have likened to a Chinese gulag, many of whom were only guilty of trespassing but by doing so in a city under Democat control, have been denied the rights to a speedy trial while suffering cruel and unusual punishment.

Officials in another Democrat-controlled city would like nothing more than to stuff their own jails full of Trump supporters and, outside of Trump himself, there would be no bigger trophy than the Georgia lawmaker.
