Twitter 2.0 once again proved its worth in combatting the woke mind virus as President Joe Biden’s latest pitch to erode the Second Amendment was not only ratioed by uncensored users but was embarrassingly razzed by Community Notes as well.
The fact that Democratic politicians will shamelessly lie and misrepresent facts about firearms, their owners, and responsible gun ownership in general to hinder the God-given right to self-defense is nothing new. However, the Elon Musk-owned platform’s Community Notes reportedly bipartisan fact-checking system is, and it used the government’s own data to shut down Biden’s latest gun grab.
“Guns are the #1 killer of kids in America,” the president’s official account tweeted out just days after getting owned by Musk on parental rights. “More than car accidents and more than cancer. We can’t let that become just another statistic. Let’s ban AR-15-style firearms and other assault weapons.”
Viewed more than 6.5 million times since it was posted Friday night, the manipulation of statistics was readily called out by Community Notes, in part citing data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
“According to the CDC, accidents are the leading cause of death for children and adolescents,” the note read. “The claim that guns are the leading cause of death for children would only be true if children under 1 are excluded and 18 and 19 year olds are counted as children.”

Of course, the unnamed arbiters behind Community Notes weren’t the only ones to call out Biden’s nonsense, as actor and stalwart conservative James Woods lambasted the self-identified Catholic president with a sobering reality check.
“I know facts aren’t your friend, but here they are nonetheless…” he captioned a chart that indicated deaths of Americans by a dangerous weapon as 403 from rifles, 1,591 from knives or cutting instruments and 7,032 from handguns, all of which paled in comparison to the whopping 862,320 from abortions.
That my friend is a top 5 tweet you have ever done. Well done sir. Well done

Thanks Mr. Woods

The overwhelming figure shared by Woods overshadowed the other key point that handgun deaths far surpass those caused by rifles indicating that leftists, as ever, are merely seeking the path of least resistance in shifting the Overton Window toward doing away with the Second Amendment entirely.
As one individual pointed out with some additional knocks against Biden’s advanced age, “Assault Weapons is an open-ended term that will be used to grab more guns. Joe, put the Stalin handbook down. You’ve had a long 4 hour work day. You’re tired, time for bed.”

Biden’s tweet came on the heels of a Fox News producer resigning after calling the president a “wannabe dictator” in a chyron, a point that left former primetime host Tucker Carlson reporting on Twitter, “Inside Fox, the women who run the network panicked. First they scolded the producer who put the banner on the screen. Less than 24 hours after that, he resigned.”
“He had been at Fox for more than a decade. He was considered one of the most capable people in the building,” Carlson continued. “He offered to stay for the customary two weeks, but Fox told him to clear out his desk and leave immediately.”
Others weighed in with their own knocks against the “wannabe dictator” as Community Notes was cheered.
