Over 200 service members vow to ‘court martial’ and hold accountable military leaders for jab ‘experimentation’

President Joe Biden’s military leadership is being threatened with court-martials and firing for their role in forcing COVID-19 vaccines on thousands of service members.

On Monday, more than 200 active duty and retired service members formally vowed they would do “everything” they could to hold the Biden officials accountable for the firing of over 8,000 military personnel following the enactment of the vaccine mandate in August 2021.

The administration is accused of “trampling” on the rights of service members who refused to be vaccinated on religious or medical grounds and subsequently lost their positions. The vaccine mandate was rolled back in December 2022 but none of the government officials responsible for the enforcement and firing have had to answer for their actions.

In the early hours of New Year’s Day, “senior military leaders received an email with a letter attached called the Declaration of Military Accountability,” former Army officer Brad Miller wrote in a post on X.

“I know because I sent the email. I sent it on behalf of myself & 230 other signatories of the letter,” Miller added. “The letter is not addressed to the military leaders but rather to the American people. The email was merely to inform these military leaders that there is group of troops & vets pledging to the American public that we will do everything lawfully within our power to stop the willful destruction of our military by its own leadership.”

“While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion,” the letter states.

Service members and their families were “significantly harmed” by the government’s actions and their “suffering continues to be felt financially, emotionally, and physically,” the letter continues.

“Some service members became part of our ever-growing veteran homeless population, some developed debilitating vaccine injuries, and some even lost their lives,” the signatories wrote.

Actively serving top commanders as well as some who have retired were named in the letter, including former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Miller and Gen. James McConville, chief of staff of the Army until 2023.

“These individuals enabled lawlessness and the unwilling experimentation on service members,” the letter accuses.

“The moral and physical injuries they helped inflict are significant. They betrayed the trust of service members and the American people. Their actions caused irreparable harm to the Armed Forces and the institutions for which we have fought and bled,” the letter continued, noting the officials “refused to resign” or take responsibility for their actions.

Mara Macie, a military spouse in Florida, and Cameron Hamilton in Virginia, a former Navy SEAL, both running for Congress, are among the more than 200 names who signed the letter.

On the social media platform where Miller posted the message and letter, he engaged with other users who expressed their outrage but also doubted the effort would make much difference in the current regime.
