A cross-dressing Black Lives Matter supporter killed five people, including a 15-year-old boy, during a mass shooting in Philadelphia.
The shooting occurred late Monday when a man reportedly wearing a bulletproof vest and ski mask began firing randomly at people and vehicles.
“In a Tuesday afternoon news conference, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle M. Outlaw told reporters the ‘armed and armored’ assailant was firing seemingly at random people, including a mother driving her twins home,” according to CNN.
“Responding officers ran toward the sound of gunfire and pursued the suspect, who fired a rifle while fleeing. The assailant was taken into custody in an alley without further incident, the commissioner said,” CNN reported Tuesday.
The shooter has since been identified as Kimbrady Carriker, a 40-year-old cross-dresser, Black Lives Matter supporter, and Second Amendment enthusiast.
“On his Facebook page, Carriker posted two pictures of him wearing a bra, a women’s top and earrings with his hair braided long in March, three months before the alleged shooting,” the New York Post noted.

On his Facebook account, which has since been removed by Meta, he also reportedly frequently shared pro-BLM and anti-cop posts.
“In May 2020 Carriker … posted a video to his Facebook of a burning Philadelphia police car which had been daubed with grafitti including ‘ACAB’ — an acronym for ‘all coppers are b—–ds’ — and captioned it: ‘I was there; where were you? #we matter.’ However, It is unclear if he had filmed the video himself,” according to the Post.
Carriker reportedly also possessed an interest in the occult.
“He had posted eerie articles to Facebook titled: ‘How do you know if an evil spirit is following you,’ as well as a photo of a map listing historic ‘black massacres’ throughout the US with the caption stating: ‘We kept the receipts,'” as reported by the Daily Mail.
He was also reportedly obsessed with guns.
“He … shared images of items of clothing with phrases like ‘the first amendment defines us, the second amendment defends us’ on them. Another hooded sweatshirt includes branding that says: ‘I lubricate my AR-15 liberal tears,'” according to the Daily Mail.
And lastly, Carriker was evidently a fan of former President Donald Trump.
Kimbrady Carriker, a Black Trump supporter, was obsessed with the 2nd Amendment and the idea that Biden was going to take guns away from the people. On his Facebook page he posted numerous references to this including a F*ck Brandon post and one of Biden dressed as a redcoat.

Carriker’s neighbors and friends were reportedly caught off guard by his actions and reported never seeing him carrying a weapon.
“He speaks to everybody. He helps out with everybody. If you parked on the curb and the cop comes, he’ll knock on your door and tell you like they’re about to give you a ticket or whatever,” one neighbor told local station WPVI.
Then there’s Tina Rosette, 49.
“[S]he lived with Carriker for about a year on the 5600 block of Belmar Terrace in 2021. She said Carriker was ‘really smart, intelligent, creative,’ and loved working on computer programs. She was shocked to hear of the accusations, saying she’d never seen Carriker with a gun before,” The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
That said, she did admit that he has “an aggressive approach to some things in life.” For example, he sometimes reportedly taught young people how to fight in self-defense but didn’t really instruct them on how or when to stop.
Rosette’s daughter, Cianni, 24, meanwhile said that Carriker did show her a gun a couple of times and “was trying to get me comfortable around guns and stuff like that.”
She also said that he could be difficult to talk to because of his tendency of being quick to anger. And at one point, she added, he tried to start a relationship with her and was “pushy” about it.
“I haven’t really talked to him after that rejection,” she told the Enquirer.
Both Rosette and her daughter lived with Carriker until roughly a year ago. Cianni said he had been in “a dark place recently,” though she didn’t know why.
As for Carriker’s criminal history, he reportedly has misdemeanor drug and gun charges from 2003.
