Republicans are facing a major dilemma in next year’s pivotal presidential election, having to choose between former President Donald J. Trump who has been rendered toxic in the eyes of millions thanks to years of incessant propaganda, or a candidate with less baggage who could topple a vulnerable Joe Biden by attracting swing voters.
With the first GOP debate of the primary season now only days away, conservative columnist Kurt Schlichter has polled his followers over whether they would rather win with someone other than Trump or stick with the current frontrunner who if the Biden regime gets its way, will have been stuffed into a prison cell before next November.
Schlichter is among those who lack confidence that the embattled Trump, who has been turned into the Great Satan by the left, can win in the general election and put the issue to his fellow Twitter/X users in a non-scientific poll that he posted on Saturday and the results show an overwhelming desire to win back the White House with a less polarizing candidate.
Which of these would you rather do?

“Why isn’t “Win With Trump” an option?” Asked one user to which Schlichter responded, “I’m trying to determine whether or not people would accept a win that did not include Trump.”

“This poll is to see what people would do in the absence of DJT! That’s why “Win w/ Trump” isn’t one of the poll options. So it’s kid of asking what’s your second choice if you support him. Now vote!” Schlichter added.

Reactions to the poll were a mixed bag with some preferring to win over loyalty to Trump, others insisting that the ONLY way to win is to stick with the former POTUS, some suggesting that the entire exercise is futile until the underlying problems with the electoral system are addressed and still others rejecting the poll itself.
Winning is all that matters

How can we win without Trump? He is the only one in the R party, who has the strength, will, and character to stand up to the D’s.

This is an asinine poll…

Whole lot of people crying about win with Trump, after three straight election losses in the battleground states. It’s not an option on this poll because it’s not an option in real life.

Trump will win hands down. Most of America is with him. This poll is crap.

Schlichter suggested that while Trump could easily sail to the GOP nomination, he would be destined for titanic doom in the general.

Trump’s supporters are known for their fierce loyalty and whether they will support any other GOP candidate other than him even if it means surrendering the fate of the nation to Biden and his cultural revolutionaries has yet to be seen.
