The Secret Service and Washington, DC, police responded to a report of a “suspicious package” in front of the home of one of President Joe Biden’s top aides.
But according to a Politico report, it was a “small amount of manure” that was “thrown from a car” outside of White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan’s home in the West End neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Citing a law enforcement official, Politico reported: “It’s unknown at this time who did the tossing. The official said a small amount of manure was thrown from the window of a car around 8:20 a.m. and a suspicious item protocol was set up by the U.S. Secret Service, which called local police leading to the city cleaning it up.”

Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi would not confirm the manure report but told the New York Post that Secret Service Uniformed Division officers and DC’s bomb squad responded to a “report of a suspicious package” near the home of the White House official.
“The Metropolitan Police Department’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal team responded and declared the scene as safe,” Guglielmi said. “The incident is under investigation.”
To add to the questions circulating around the incident, other reports appearing online seemed to indicate there was more of the substance left at Sullivan’s home.
Conflicting reports of enough manure dumped to block the street, or that manure was “thrown” from a car, in addition to the Secret Service spokesman not confirming either, prompted more questions than answers.

The Turkish Radio and Television account on X posted a video that claimed the protest poo dump was the work of the Palestinian Youth Movement which was protesting the U.S. visit of Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
I was pleased to welcome Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant to the White House today. We had a constructive discussion on how best to ensure Hamas’ lasting defeat in Gaza.

According to the Turkish outlet, a similar stunt was pulled in front of Sec. of Defense Lloyd Austin’s home.
In the posted video, demonstrators can be heard chanting, “Sullivan, Sullivan, you ain’t sh*t, we’ll keep fighting till you quit.” There were also chants of “Sullivan, Sullivan, you can’t hide, you’re committing genocide.”
