U.S. Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn, may have just ended a leftist activist’s career before it even started, as noted by the popular X account “I Meme Therefore I Am.”
In a clip going viral on X, a man in a windbreaker and sunglasses approaches the walking representative with his phone out, a surefire sign that he planned to confront the congressman and post it to social media. What the young guy likely wasn’t expecting was for Burchett to clap back with a hilarious retort.

“Do you trust Trump’s national security team to keep our war plans top secret?” the dude asked.
“Do you trust your mother every night to fix your Hot Pockets and make sure your Game Boy is turned on?” Burchett fired back.
Social media went crazy for the simple, yet impactful response:
Dude should have laid down and drawn a chalk outline around himself
