A rent-free report revealed which media figures were said to be occupying Vice President Kamala Harris’ thoughts to the point of causing “high anxiety.”
Corporate media’s incestuous relationship with leftist leaders is no mystery, nor is their collective disdain for conservative outlets. Instead of tuning out voices like those on Fox News, Harris, according to a former aide, chose to watch programs like “The Five” where their portrayal of her became a distraction.
According to the report from Axios, one aide had said of her “occasionally” turning on the program and hearing the criticism of her, “It got in her head and caused high anxiety because they were constantly hammering her.”
While the story did not mention any particular coverage that troubled the vice president, Harris has regularly been slammed, especially as it pertains to her being a heartbeat away from stepping in as commander-in-chief.
For instance, in June 2023 the panel from “The Five” had made light of the long-known “rumors” about Harris’ 90s relationship with then-California state assemblyman Willie Brown (D) before he cut ties with her shortly before taking the role of San Francisco mayor.
When Harris was dating the still married, though estranged, Brown in 1994, he appointed her to two state commissions while she was a prosecutor in the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
“If you have one of the highest achieving black women in the country who’s now made it to the vice presidency,” said co-host Jessica Tarlov at the time, “and Republicans and people who talk about her on-air say she’s a diversity hire, she only got where she was going because she slept with Willie Brown-”
“She did!? I didn’t know that!” joked Greg Gutfeld before fellow co-host Jesse Watters asked, “She slept with Willie Brown!?”

As it was hardly the only time Harris was hit by “The Five,” especially considering her fondness for yellow school buses, wonderment at people going to space, and waxing poetic on “the passage of time,” so too was right of center media not alone in their own “anxiety” over the possibility of the vice president landing a promotion.
According to the latest undercover reporting from investigative journalist James O’Keefe where he spoke with Charlie Kraiger, a man said to be a cybersecurity policy analyst and foreign affairs desk officer in the White House for President Joe Biden, “There was a debate about removing her from the ticket, but sadly they didn’t, she’s not popular, but you can’t remove the first black lady to be president from the G****** presidential ticket. Like what kind of message are you going to send to like African-American voters…People would be like, ‘What the f*ck?’ Like she’s a woman and she’s multiracial.”

Like her boss, Harris reportedly turned to MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” to find favorable coverage, so much so that she was even said to have welcomed co-host couple Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski to the vice presidential residence to dine with her and her husband Doug Emhoff recently.
Biden’s own fixation with “Morning Joe” was said to have prompted “longtime Biden aide Steve Ricchetti…to watch much of the four-hour show every morning. He and other aides often reference the show.”
Meanwhile, social media users predicted the report would surely lead to more anxiety for Harris as the crew from “The Five” “will have a field day [with] this story.”
Oh boy,The gang at the @TheFive will have a field day w this story. Of course it will get a repeat on @JesseBWatters and @greggutfeld shows. DVR set-up.
