RFK Jr. announces DNC ‘rigging’ shenanigans may force him to ‘look at other alternatives’

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed that he may be forced to “look at other alternatives” if the Democratic National Committee is determined to box primary challengers out of the election process.

During an interview with Forbes Newsroom, RFK Jr. accused the DNC of rigging the primary in favor of incumbent candidate President Joe Biden. He says that if the committee won’t give him a fair shot to make his case to voters, he will have to “look at other alternatives.”

Watch:

“It’s pretty clear that the DNC does not want a primary,” he said. “I don’t want to say they want a coronation, but I think that’s a fair way to put it, actually. Essentially they’re fixing the process so that it makes it almost impossible to have democracy function. They’re effectively disenfranchising the Democratic voters from having any choice in who becomes the Democratic nominee.”

These are big claims, but Kennedy was ready to back them up.

“Two of the things they’ve done today, is they’ve moved the Iowa primary, they made rules that if anybody campaigns in Iowa or any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or sets foot in the state of New Hampshire that none of the votes that are cast for that candidate will be tallied,” he continued. “In other words, any delegate that I win in Iowa, New Hampshire, would instead go to the president.”

“And now they’re trying to change it so that if I campaign in New Hampshire then none of the votes cast for me in Georgia will count and that’s significant because it’s hard to win the nomination without Georgia,” Kennedy explained.

Ultimately RFK Jr. says it feels like the Democrat Party is “rigging” the process to prevent anyone other than Biden from winning.

“They’re rigging it so effectively, we’re looking at the tabulations now that look like I- if you add up all the super delegates they control and all the automatic delegates that just go to the party and go to the president, you know I would have to win eighty percent of all of the states in order to beat President Biden, even if he only wins twenty percent.”

In light of the roadblocks Kennedy says the party is throwing his way, he may be forced to look at “other alternatives.”

“These rules will not be finalized until September 14, and we’ve written the DNC protesting, I mean there’s some really wild things they’re considering including forcing me to pay for the primaries,” he claimed. “Their logic is that they don’t need a primary because they already have a candidate and therefore I’m costing them all this money and that money should be paid for by me and maybe Marianne Williamson. So it’s a process that is rigged and we live at a time in American history where a lot of Americans think that democracy is broken, that the political system is rigged and there’s not really any democracy. And unfortunately, the DNC is taking a lot of steps that confirm that outlook.”

“If the DNC is gonna rig it so it is simply impossible for anybody to challenge President Biden, then I need to look at other alternatives,” he alluded, though he did not elaborate further saying he needs “to see what the DNC does.”

Kennedy’s statement stirred a lot of speculation and excitement on X:
