Rod Stewart gets hammered for his Ozzy Osbourne tribute

An AI-generated tribute to late rocker Ozzy Osbourne is dividing fans and generating anger.

Singer Rod Stewart’s decision to use artificial intelligence to create powerful visuals of late music industry titans has some up in arms, while others believe it is a beautiful tribute to those who have had such a profound impact on so many people.

Since Osbourne’s passing on July 22nd, Stewart has dedicated his song “Forever Young” to the artist while on his “One Last Time” tour. However, one of his recent shows used AI to create visuals of the rocker posing with the likes of “Michael Jackson, Prince, Tina Turner, Bob Marley, Freddie Mercury, Kurt Cobain, George Michael and Amy Winehouse,” according to Fox News.

This follows an Instagram post made by Stewart that reads “Bye, bye Ozzy. Sleep well, my friend. I’ll see you up there— later rather than sooner.”
