Rubio doubles down after YouTube accuses him of ‘hate speech’ for calling Hamas ‘savages’

Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) reacted after he was censored by the left-wing thought police on YouTube over his accurate description of the Hamas terrorists who slaughtered over a thousand innocent people during last weekend’s sneak attack on Israel.

The Florida Republican ran afoul of the Big Tech censors when he dared to call the Jew-murdering Palestinian terrorists “savages” during an appearance on Fox Business, another example of the ideological agenda of Silicon Valley leftists who work hand-in-hand with the Biden regime to quash free speech.

During his conversation with Larry Kudlow that triggered the YouTube censors, Rubio called a spade a spade, saying “They’re ideological psychopaths, and they’re savages, and they would, if they could, not just kill every Jew they could get their hands on, they would kill Americans in the process as well. In fact, they openly call for that. We should start believing these people in what they say.”

The Sunshine State senator took to X, formerly Twitter, where he posted a screenshot of the message from YouTube that was shared by another account.

“Apparently @YouTube @Google has decided that calling Hamas terrorists who burned babies & raped girls ‘savages’ is dehumanizing “hate speech,'” he wrote.

Rubio doubled down, telling anchor Neil Cavuto that he meant what he said and that there’s no more descriptive term for the Islamist fanatics than “savages” on Friday’s edition of “Your World” on Fox News.

“You know senator, you were pretty blunt about what should happen to Hamas, you said they should be wiped out. That immediately got you taken off and censored on YouTube but I was noticing what remained on YouTube,” Cavuto said, referring to the “sometimes horrendous things” that Hamas has said about Israel, including that the Jewish democracy should be wiped out.”What do you think about that pretty clear double standard?”

“You know, I think we’ve gotten used to it, unfortunately,” Rubio responded. “These are companies that sort of selectively choose what they want to censor or not censor and take down and not take down, but the message isn’t going to change.”

“What I got censored for apparently is saying that Hamas was a group of savages,” he continued. “Well I don’t know any other word, maybe there’s a better word, but I don’t know any other word to describe an organization, a group of people that would go in and slaughter a bunch of babies, kill a bunch of teenage girls in the desert.”

“Understand, they did not attack IDF soldiers. They went after a concert. They went after settlements in which people had barely woken up or were still in their beds. They went after little children. They raped teenage girls. They abducted including senior citizens and took them back with them. What other word in the English language describes these people?” Rubio asked.

The censorship ALWAYS goes one way only with the Democrats at Big Tech companies, and with the party having firmly established itself of being tolerant to open antisemites like “The Squad,” any accurate descriptions of the Hamas barbarians are strictly forbidden on the leftist-controlled platforms.
