Sarah Palin exposes grifter Rick Wilson, claims he’s ‘heartlessly complicit’ to attacks on son Trig

A Lincoln Project co-founder’s “heartlessly complicit” behavior was raked by Sarah Palin when the Never Trumper’s selective outrage came to defending a Democrat’s child.

“Where you been on #TrigPalin all these years, Rick?”

During Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention, talk of IVF had the vice presidential nominee shouting out to his wife and children. After his 17-year-old son Gus Walz got caught up in the emotion of the moment, potshots from a select set of social media users saw Rick Wilson and corporate media rising to the defense of the teen with a reported learning disorder.

As stories ran framing the GOP as heartless, Wilson took to X to pontificate, “For all you MAGA chucklef*cks mocking Gus Walz, the fires of hell are going to be extremely f*cking hot, and in the meantime, prepare for America to drag you. I know the cruelty is the point for you, but you’re not getting away with it.”

While sycophants cheered the commentary, others called out the “deafening” silence at other times, included former Alaska governor and onetime Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin who was quick to remind about the treatment her family experienced when her then-infant son Trig, diagnosed with Down syndrome, was brought into the spotlight.

“Where you been on #TrigPalin all these years, Rick?” she asked. “The mocking of #Trig, the lies, conspiracy theories, death-wishes and death threats against him that continue to this day are the most brutal part of my political life. You and other ‘republican leaders’ of your ilk have been heartlessly complicit with haters on the left who find joy in attacking my son.”

“One’s silence up until a democrat’s kid #GusWalz gets mocked ONE time on a national stage is deafening,” slammed Palin.

“I occasionally share my precious, precocious, perfect child’s development so others may be encouraged and understand God’s standard of perfection isn’t man’s, and to testify that defending the sanctity of life is the best thing we can do in a pretty messed up world today,” she continued while sharing a link to an Instagram account. “Go look, remove the partisanship, eliminate double standards regarding respecting children with special needs…see why Trig is my whole heart…my world…and the reason I’m still standing.”

While leftists continued to use a deleted tweet from Ann Coulter to attack supporters of former President Donald Trump after the commentator had shared a story about the younger Walz’s response to his father’s speech with the caption, “Talk about weird…,” others rallied behind Palin in support of the notion that family members of candidates who haven’t been alleged to commit crimes should be kept out of the mudslinging, especially when they are minors.

Others still latched onto the opportunity to sound off on Wilson for propping the teen up for “propaganda.”
