Savannah Guthrie is taking a new tactic in her attempts to appeal to her mother’s kidnapper.
It is clear that Guthrie is desperate for any news relating to the well-being of her mother, Nancy, who went missing from her home almost six months ago. Who wouldn’t be? Conflicting reports with no apparent leads on where she may be or who she might be with would take its toll on anyone.
On Monday, she directly addressed the mysterious person believed to be behind Nancy’s disappearance, offering them a compliment while pleading for her mother’s return.

The world can be a cruel and unforgiving place, and I know you have tried to do things the right way. So I’m asking you, begging you to do the right thing now. Make the right choice, help us find her. Tell us where to look for her. I truly believe it is never too late to do the right thing.”
“Help us bring this situation to an end. For all of us, no matter where we’ve been and what we’ve done, I believe there is always a way home. Please make the right choice,” she pleads as the video ends.
