Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer tripped over his words while trying to admonish an overzealous reporter.
The New York senator became tongue-tied while trying to shush a reporter who was shouting for his attention during a Capitol Hill presser.

“Will you call on me too?” the reporter asked.
“Well, I call on you. I do. You get your chances,” the Democrat said.
X users noted that, at a different point in the press conference, Schumer called Democrats a “big tent party” in response to a question about whether the “rise of the DSA” has been a positive thing for Dems.
