Secret Service INTERVENES – sudden arrest confirmed!

The Secret Service arrested a man on Wednesday after he allegedly posted threats involving President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on X.

Adam R. Mouser 39, from Jacksonville, Illinois, took it a step further and reportedly threatened to shoot law enforcement and their families, including their children, if they tried to stop him.

This latest arrest shows the political powderkeg in America leading up to the crucial 2024 presidential election.

Mouser is now sitting in jail and is facing federal charges according to WLDS.

A federal complaint filed by the Secret Service in the Central District Federal Court of Illinois on August 24, states that Mouser threatened Joe and Jill Biden and Hunter Biden’s lives in his posts to X on August 10 and August 11 and also allegedly threatened to shoot Obama and Clinton on August 9.

The Jacksonville Police Department and a Secret Service agent confronted the man at his home on August 23. Mouser reportedly admitted to them that he made the posts threatening Joe and Jill Biden, Hunter Biden, Obama, Clinton, and police and that he wasn’t sorry for posting them.

Mouser allegedly referred to the president as a pedophile and said “Give me three seconds near … and I’ll murder him with my bare [expletive] hands then put a bullet in that piece of [expletive] his wife and son,” according to My Journal Courier.

According to the complaint, Mouser accused the officers of trying to silence him and of denying him his First Amendment right to freedom of speech. He allegedly posted to X following the visit that he admitted to law enforcement that he made the threats. He also said that he fervently believed they would return to his home during the night and kill him and his family.

“Biden’s secret service is out intimidating voters in illinios [sic] right now as a scare tactic for what’s coming next. they were at my door and left unhappy they then went to all my family members and scared them too. It’s the natzis [sic] all over again. They’ll be bck to kill me soon,” X user @tryntakeit wrote to his 315 followers,” My Journal Courier reported.

“I’m headed to get pictures of me with my gear on so the feds can see I’m better armed than the Utah man. I guess you gotta dress up for the occasion to slaughter useless government pieces of [expletive]. I’m excited are u excited,” one of Mouser’s alleged posts proclaimed after law enforcement authorities visited him.

“I told them I said it and meant it. They’ll be back. Watch the news. I won’t go quietly,” he posted.

The “Utah man” appears to be a reference to Craig Deleeuw Robertson, who was shot and killed on Aug. 9 as FBI agents served a search warrant at his home in Provo, Utah.

According to WLDS, “Mouser appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Karen McNaught on Thursday and was deemed to not be a threat to the public or to himself and was going to be released on a $10,000 recognizance bond.”

“Assistant U.S. Attorney Sarah Seberger objected to Mouser’s release and requested a stay on Mouser’s release. According to the written motion on Friday, Seberger has asked that Mouser’s release be revoked due to the nature of the charges and also pending a search of Mouser’s residence for weapons by the Secret Service. Seberger also argued in the written motion, based on Mouser’s tweets, that he is also a threat to law enforcement should he be released,” the media outlet reported.

“He explicitly states he wants to kill. He confirmed he made the threats and there is no ambiguity. After law enforcement left his home, the defendant continued posting on social media,” Seberger asserted.

Mouser is currently being held at the Sangamon County Jail on federal hold pending a ruling on the rehearing of his pretrial detention.
