Senate finally releases joke of a ‘border security’ bill and it’s WAY worse than advertised

The Senate finally released its “border security” bill demanded by President Joe Biden and it far exceeded expectations of how bad that it would be.

On Sunday, the 370-page, $118 billion monstrosity hammered out after months of haggling between senators and the White House was publicly unveiled, putting taxpayers on the hook for $60 billion in giveaways to Ukraine and the codifying of the illegal alien invasion, a wet dream for open borders advocates. There is also $14 billion for Israel.

The final product of the bipartisan group of negotiators led by Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), Chris Murphy (D-CT), and Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) was praised by Biden who could address border security with a stroke of his pen but needs the blessing of Congress to send the tens of billions of dollars to the notoriously corrupt Eastern European country that has been his top priority.

“Senators must shut out the noise from those who want this agreement to fail for their own political agendas,” said Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) in a statement, calling the bill “a monumental step towards strengthening America’s national security abroad and along our borders.”

The bill’s release follows a weekslong propaganda campaign to blame Republican frontrunner Donald J. Trump for trying to undermine its passage, the former president has been highly critical of the bill.

In addition to propping up the Zelensky regime in its failing war with Russia, the bill will also allow 5,000 border crossings a day, something that Lankford insisted wasn’t true, denouncing the leaked details as “internet rumors” during a Fox News appearance last week.

“It would be absolutely absurd for me to agree to 5,000 people a day,” he said.

“Americans are not opposed to legal and orderly immigration, but they are tired of the chaos and abuse at our border,” Lankford said in a statement.

The bill faces an uncertain future in the House of Representatives with Speaker Mike Johnson blasting it in a statement posted to X on Sunday.

“I’ve seen enough. This bill is even worse than we expected, and won’t come close to ending the border catastrophe the President has created. As the lead Democrat negotiator proclaimed: Under this legislation, ‘the border never closes,’” he said. “If this bill reaches the House, it will be dead on arrival.”

Johnson was referring to an admission by Sen. Murphy whose fanatical support for Ukraine is only outstripped by his fervor to disarm law-abiding Americans.

“America’s sovereignty is being tested here at home, and our credibility is being tested by emboldened adversaries around the world. The challenges we face will not resolve themselves, nor will our adversaries wait for America to muster the resolve to meet them. The Senate must carefully consider the opportunity in front of us and prepare to act,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said in a statement.

“Let us remember: we are a nation of immigrants. Immigrants have always helped strengthen our country, grow our economy, and drive innovation. We know that in America, diversity is our strength. So rather than politicize this issue, let us all address it with the urgency and seriousness it requires,” Vice President Kamala Harris said in a statement.
