SNL ‘turns on’ Kamala, skewers floundering Democrat nominee

If it wasn’t already obvious that the air is rapidly hissing out of the “Kamalot” bubble, it should be now after the Democrat nominee was skewered by one of the left’s foremost propaganda showcases.

“Saturday Night Live” appears to have turned on the joyous warrior in a cold open that mocked her recent spate of softball interviews as well as her inability to close the deal with the public despite being showered with a billion dollars of loot, a lack of bang for the buck for donors who may now be realizing that they were played for suckers.

In the segment that featured Maya Rudolph doing her impersonation of the vice president facing off against the faux Trump who was played by James Austin Johnson, the candidates go at in during a mock episode of popular game show “Family Feud” with Kenan Thompson as host Steve Harvey.

There were jabs at Trump over a second debate/trap that now looks like a Harris fantasy, but there were few Democrats laughing during Rudolph’s joking about the loopy word salad answers that are a specialty of the nominee, a national laughingstock until her attempted reinvention after being swapped out with Joe Biden.

“It’s been a hell of a week,” she said when asked about her whirlwind interview tour. “I went on Howard Stern to reach the horny cab drivers, I went on ‘The View’ for the horny moms.

“And I also went on the podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’ because I have a message. I have a message for young women okay? You need to go to the ballot box if you want the government out your ballot box.”

Perhaps the biggest blow to Harris came when “Harvey” asked “Kamala” why she’s not mopping the floor with Trump considering the amount of money that she’s been given.

Rudolph responded with a spot-on Kamala cackle to audience laughter, “That’s a question I scream into my pillow every morning.”

X users weighed in on the significance of SNL turning on Harris.

The longtime late-night NBC flagship’s ridiculing of Harris could be a sign that her campaign is about to enter a state of freefall and that donors are furious that they were convinced by people like George Clooney to buy a pig in a poke.
