Soros-backed prosecutor makes another move that has people asking: How is this possible?

An investigative reporter with the Daily Wire just published a bombshell thread exposing Soros prosecutor Steve Descano.

The Fairfax, Virginia, prosecutor is accused of helping an accused killer who got a “weekend pass” from his mental health confinement before he fled the country. Luke Rosiak detailed the entire mess in an X thread Monday evening.

Look:

“Soros prosecutor Steve Descano (Fairfax, VA) asked a judge for an *illegal alien Islamic extremist murderer* to be let out of confinement & driven to the Tajikistan embassy in D.C. to get a foreign passport. Then he was given a 48-hour pass to leave the psych ward, and used it,” he wrote.

The reason Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda was in the mental hospital? He was accused of murdering a man, but was found to be “not guilty by reason of insanity” after being assessed by a Muslim psychiatrist.

“Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda was found ‘covered in blood from head to toe’ after stabbing a man to death, and told police, ‘I am guilty.’ Yet he was deemed ‘not guilty by reason of insanity’ due to his religious beliefs, after taxpayers paid for a Muslim psychiatrist to evaluate him,” Rosiak explained.

“The Fairfax County Community Services Board and Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute acknowledged that Toshpulodzoda was an illegal immigrant and murderer, but said it ‘is of the opinion that Mr. Toshpulodzoda is an appropriate candidate for conditional release,'” the journalist added.

Despite a judge disagreeing with this suggestion, the man was released.

“A judge disagreed, but days later, the institute let him out on a 48-hour ‘unaccompanied community visit.’ Fairfax even paid for an apartment for him! He, of course, instead went to Dulles and fled the country,” Rosiak said.

But if you’re wondering how an illegal alien and accused murderer could even get on a plane in the United States, the reporter explained why it was possible.

“Descano’s chief of staff, Laura Birnbaum, told The Daily Wire that the prosecutor’s office helped him get a passport ‘for documentary purposes.’ She declined to say whether Descano opposes the hospital letting out murderers on 48-hour visits,” he wrote.

The accompanying story explains that Descano opposed the release “specifically because of community concerns,” but it’s not clear whether they will take responsibility for helping him acquire the specific type of documentation that ultimately helped him flee the United States.
