Dramatic footage captured the moment a police boat ran over a speedboat believed to be carrying four migrants.
While no serious injuries were reported, the video has caused quite a stir online as people debate the moral and legal implications of what occurred. According to The Telegraph, the police were attempting to cut off the speedboat when they cut too far and ran over the smaller vessel.

I don’t care if they’re cops, this is quite simply a violation of law on the sea, and a gross breach of the social contract every mariner takes on when they step into a vessel.
