Springsteen infuriates fans with jacked-up ticket prices for ‘No Kings’ tour

Fans of Bruce Springsteen are unhappy with the amount of money they’ll have to shell out to watch the rocker live.

Those looking to attend the “Land of Hope and Dreams” tour to hear him sing about the plight of the working class are going to have to pay out the nose for a ticket. Dubbed the “No Kings” tour in honor of his opposition against President Donald Trump (and the rich in general), Springsteen’s Instagram announcement was quickly overtaken by comments about the “crazy” ticket prices.

“The woke New Jersey billionaire is pushing the anti-President Trump ‘No Kings’ agenda in his advertising campaign for the 20-date tour with his E Street Band — but is ironically charging prices fit for royalty, at up to $3,000 a ticket,” the New York Post reported.

“I’d love to see you in San Francisco but I can’t afford any ticket even nosebleeds! Wow,” one user wrote.

“BRUCE… these ticket prices are outrageous. I remember seeing you at CBP on the floor with my husband and feeling like we won the lottery. Accessibly-priced tickets for your working-class fanbase. Not anymore. Couldn’t get through the queue let alone afford the price tag,” another said.

“It’s so sad for anyone that’s a huge fan of yours and wants so very badly to see you in concert, [Springsteen], but just can’t afford these ticket prices! Especially now, when the economy is so bad I thought that you if anyone would really understand what I’m saying because you yourself talk about making this world more affordable to live in,” a third person pointed out.

Another user who claims they’ve been to 26 Bruce Springsteen shows reveals how expensive the tickets were when they checked:

$1000 for upper seats. Really he was the one fighting this and now you cannot get tickets at a decent price. I’ve slways had floor seats (26concerts of his) and now floor seats are $7k. I don’t think I’m using a mortgage payment on seats.

“If it were truly No Kings, you would need to be a king to afford tickets to attend a show, ironically focused on no kings,” an irate fan quipped.

This comes after “The Boss” released an anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) anthem at the end of January titled “Streets of Minneapolis.”

“We are living through dark, disturbing, and dangerous times, but do not despair — the cavalry is coming! … We will be rocking your town in celebration and in defense of America — American democracy, American freedom, our American Constitution and our sacred American dream — all of which are under attack by our wannabe king and his rogue government in Washington, D.C. Everyone, regardless of where you stand or what you believe in, is welcome,” Springsteen said while on the “woke” tour.
