Members of the cadre of Democrat House members known as “The Squad” took a short break from their hating on Israel to extend their warm wishes for Hanukkah in one of the most brazen examples of hypocrisy this year.
Several of the left-wing lawmakers, who have spent nearly two months accusing the Israeli government of conducting a campaign of genocide during its military offensive against the Hamas terror organization that massacred over a thousand of its citizens, took to the X platform to act like they really care about people of the Jewish faith during their traditional holiday season.
“Tonight, I wish all who celebrate the festival of lights a very happy Hanukkah,” wrote Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) who is not technically a “Squad” member but is an Israel hater to the bone. “In this dark time, we must stand with the Jewish community and against antisemitism and hate in all forms. Let’s continue to fight back as we strive for peace, security, and justice for all.”

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) who routinely parrots Hamas propaganda including the slogan “from the river to the sea,” which calls for the eradication of the Jewish state and the genocide of its people, also extended her holiday wishes.
Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish neighbors in #12thDistrictStrong and beyond.
May this be a time of love and community for you and your loved ones.
— Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (@RepRashida) December 7, 2023
Some, but not all of the others also joined in:
As many light the first candle on the menorah, I’m sending our Jewish neighbors in St. Louis and beyond love and light.
Happy Hanukkah! Always remember, your Congresswoman loves you.

Happy first night of #Hanukkah to our Jewish siblings in the #MA7 & across the world.
The celebration carries extra meaning for so many this year, and I wish everyone light, joy, and peace this holiday season.

But the “Hamas caucus” wasn’t fooling X users who lit them up like a Christmas tree.
The definition of the word,
“Chutzpah!”As a member of Congress, I voted NO against a resolution condemning antisemitism and recognizing the right of our ally, Israel, to exist.
Then, a few days later, wished the same people, Happy Hanukkah.
It would be laughable, if you’re… https://t.co/ijasL9fnRX

Yesterday: From the river to the Sea!
Today: Happy Chanukah!
8 days from now: Jews should not exist!— Kerry Slone (@thereal_SnS) December 8, 2023
What a fraud.
She refuses condemn HAMAS but wants to wish Jews a Happy Hanukkah?
Rashida Tlaib is a vile Jew hater and she should be removed from Congress for advocating for the murder of Jews.
A Jewish woman was stabbed to death in her district.
GO TO HELL @RepRashida!

You’re not fooling anyone, you hate Jews and think raping Jewish women is acceptable. Get bent, lady.

This isn’t a get out of jail free card for the whole “River to the Sea” thing – we know how you really feel about Jewish people. Happy Holidays to your social media team for putting this out. At least they’re trying to make you presentable.
— Crypto_Jesus (@verifiedjeff) December 8, 2023
Major league trolling from this known antisemite
— DCLawyer (@Zuk_DC) December 8, 2023
Is there anything more ironic yet disgusting than someone who actively supports terrorism against Jews and the destruction of Jews wishing Jews a Happy Chanukah?
— Yaakov Strasberg (@YaakovStras) December 8, 2023
You’re Hamas. Why are you wishing Jewish people anything?
— Joey Mannarino (@JoeyMannarinoUS) December 8, 2023
It is so funny to see the same people be antisemites for months and still send out well wishes for Jewish holidays. Do you think Jews want your well-wishes?
— Alt-Middle (@MiddleAlt38607) December 8, 2023
You’re a Hamas loving “From the River to the Sea” chanting antisemite who won’t condemn the atrocities committed by your people.
Save your BS virtue signaling performance, because no one’s buying it.
— Sara Rose (@saras76) December 8, 2023
And may the light of Chanukah dispel the darkness of your hatred and antisemitism!
— Arsen Ostrovsky (@Ostrov_A) December 7, 2023
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) who presides over a Minneapolis district that some would call “Little Somalia” does not appear to have joined her fellow Jew-haters with Happy Hanukkah wishes.
