Now that new Twitter owner Elon Musk has cleaned house at the social media giant, leftists are threatening to flee the platform to protest the return of free speech and St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones is one who actually followed through.
The Democrat politician who made history when she was elected as the first black female mayor of the midwestern city threw a hissy fit over a Musk tweet that called into question one of the most unshakable tenets of the left’s Black Lives Matter religion, the official narrative of the Ferguson race riots.
In 2014, a hulking teenaged black thug was shot dead after attempting to wrest a gun away from a police officer in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, according to the Obama Justice Department, spawning the big lie of “hands up, don’t shoot” to portray 18-year-old Michael Brown as an innocent victim, nothing could be further from the truth.
Jones pulled the plug in protest of a since-deleted tweet by Musk as a follow-up to a video he posted of a closet filled with t-shirts with the slogan “#StayWoke” that was allegedly discovered at the company’s San Francisco headquarters.
“This is the final straw for me. I’m out,” wrote Jones along with a link to her Instagram account.
“Y’all can have this bird app,” she added.

“#StayWoke shirts stem from the Ferguson protests. Obama’s own DOJ proved this and exonerated the cop. ‘Hands up don’t shoot’ was made up. The whole thing was a fiction,” Musk wrote along with a link to Obama AG Eric Holder’s Justice Department report on the incident that claims that Brown had his hands in the air at the time of the shooting were “inaccurate because they are inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence.”
Twitter users reacted to Mayor Jones’ temper tantrum with many expressing their opinions that she won’t be missed and others doubting that she’ll stay away.
Buhbye.

Won’t miss ya. Just don’t come back asking for attention in a few days like we all expect you will.
— Zach (@zmvan1) November 25, 2022
bye for now. You’ll be back…. Unfortunately

Don’t come back!

Some pointed out the ridiculous nature of her stunt and lack of focus on her job.
Wow, hard time accepting the truth? Everything he said has been proven. Try focusing on the crime in your own city instead of being on twitter.

How’s about doing what you’re paid to do and start cracking down on crime in your rapidly failing city?
— David Stopher (@sgtstop) November 25, 2022
See you and your nice outfits later. If I were you, I’d spend my time creating the image that downtown is very, very safe. Now you have the time, make the city safe.

Ok for all the murders and crime in STL, mean tweets are where you draw the line! Typical woke liberal. All show and no go. Wondering if you were at guns and hoses last night? I guessing not.

Your city sucks and you’re a terrible mayor. That is all.
— General Jim (@General_Jimm) November 25, 2022
Don’t let the door hit ya, Madam Mayor. No one’s gonna miss ya! Oh, and everything @elonmusk said here was 100% accurate, even if it doesn’t fit your own cop-hating agenda. #PeaceOut.

So she quit over him telling the truth?? 😂
What a clown 🤡
“ “‘Hands up don’t shoot’ was made up,” he wrote. “The whole thing was a fiction.”

Nothing has quite rattled Democrats and their armies trolls more than Musk’s toppling of the censorship regime at Twitter and their woes will only continue to multiply when the amnesty for users who were banned for their political beliefs kicks in this week.
