Attorney General Pam Bondi vowed that the Justice Department will be prosecuting those who have engaged in fraud uncovered by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
The Elon Musk-led teams have swept through federal agencies on their mission to eliminate wasteful spending and, in the process, have uncovered fraud and illicit money laundering, sending the Democrats and other bad actors who rely on them into such a fury that a campaign of domestic terrorism is currently being waged against Tesla outlets and superchargers.
Bondi put the fraudsters on notice that “we’re coming after you” in remarks to the media during a Monday meeting with President Donald J. Trump and his Cabinet.

While she was speaking to the president, Bondi thanked the DOGE boss for finding the “fraud, waste, and abuse” that had previously gone unnoticed.
“A lot of waste and abuse, but there is a tremendous amount of fraud,” she said. “And, Elon, thank you for your partnership. Thank you for your team. You have uncovered so much fraud in our government.”
She then said that an internal task force is working to bring the perps to justice.
“We will prosecute you,” Bondi pledged. “We have an internal task force now working with every agency sitting here at this table. And if you’ve committed fraud, we’re coming after you. Thank you, Elon.”
“We’ve had many fraudulent contracts that were caught by the work that Elon and his people are doing,” Trump said. “And working with our people, it’s been brought to light. The fraud, not just waste and abuse, the fraud has been incredible.”
Bondi also announced that the Justice Department will start seeking the ultimate punishment for those convicted of violent crimes.
“All of these horrible violent criminals that you’re hearing about around the country, they will face the death penalty federally within our country,” she said. “And the drug dealers need to get out of here because we are coming after you. We’re going to have 94 great U.S. attorneys around this country, and everyone will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
During the meeting, Musk mentioned one example of the rampant fraud that has become a fixture of the bureaucracy, hundreds of millions of dollars in loans that the Small Business Administration (SBA) handed out to children 11 years old and younger.
DOGE found “a case of fraud and waste with the Small Business Administration, where they were handing out $330 million worth of loans to people under the age of 11…I think the youngest was a nine-month year old [sic] who got a $100,000 loan,” Musk said, according to Fox News.
“That’s a very precocious baby we’re talking about here,” he quipped.
Last week, the nation’s top law enforcement official addressed the Democrat-sanctioned domestic terror directed at Tesla vehicles and their owners by the mobs that have been mobilized as a reaction to Musk’s work with DOGE.
“The swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism. The Department of Justice has already charged several perpetrators with that in mind, including in cases that involve charges with five-year mandatory minimum sentences. We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes,” she said in a statement.
