Video out of Chicago shows the culture of violence and intimidation that has impacted the youth of the city.
The startling video gives a peek inside the gang culture that has gripped the streets of Chicago, showing young men flashing guns and gang signs with no regard for the law or surrounding homes.

Some of the youths wore face coverings to hide their identities, while others handled their firearms with disposable gloves. Others had no coverings at all, appearing unconcerned with any potential consequences of being identified.
