Conservative podcaster Charlie Kirk is advising one top Trump aide to take legal action against CNN panelist Tiffany Cross.
The former MSNBC commentator stated on CNN’s Newsnight that aide Stephen Miller is a “white supremacist,” which she followed up by stating “[t]hat’s not my opinion. That’s an actual fact.” Now, Kirk is advising Miller to pursue legal action, claiming that the statement constitutes the legal definition of “defamation.” All of this, by the way, was over Cross’s anger that Miller is the “brainchild” behind President Donald Trump’s new crime crackdown

“Any time that we play something from Stephen Miller, it would be journalistic integrity to point out that he is a white supremacist and he is the brainchild behind this policy,” Cross said. “That’s not my opinion. That’s an actual fact. And for him to purport lies from the Oval Office as a white supremacist, it should be pointed out.”
This came after Miller declared Washington, D.C., is safer for residents and visitors, now that Trump has taken action and deployed the National Guard to patrol the streets.
“For the first time in their lives, they can use the parks, they can walk on the streets. You have people who can walk freely at night without having to worry about being robbed or mugged,” Miller said. “They’re wearing their watches again. They’re wearing jewelry again. They’re wearing purses again.”
Kirk weighed in on the shocking comments, saying he hopes Miller sues the media personality.
CNN’s Tiffany Cross called Stephen Miller a white supremacist last night on live television. Why? Because he’s helped architect a crackdown on DC crime that’s saving mostly black lives.
I hope he sues her for defamation. https://t.co/hGJoC5NMj1

He was not alone in these sentiments:
At some point you really do have to sue. And I think this would be it.

Only in liberal media can you reduce crime in DC, save black lives, and still get smeared as a white supremacist.

She should be fired immediately and Stephen should sue the crap out of her and CNN.
