Legendary “Rocky” actor Sylvester Stallone hired Navy SEALs to train two of his daughters, Sistine and Sophia, prior to their move to New York City.
“It was the hardest. It was about six hours we were in those woods,” Sistine, 25, told the New York Post. “Sophia and I got our asses whooped by these guys. They were the real deal,” she said.
“And I’m not surprised my dad put us through something like this because our entire life we grew up with him doing these sort of military-esque, self-defense trainings,” she added.
During their childhood, for example, their father had them perform a morning workout every day.
“It was a rigorous routine. Every day at 6 a.m., he would make us eat eggs with ketchup. For some reason, that combination … to bulk up,” Sophia, 27, explained. “But then it was a lot of sit ups, push ups, pull ups, clean and jerks.”
As for their recent training, which was reportedly filmed for a Paramount+ reality show, it even involved chasing chickens, ironically enough. Recall that in “Rocky II,” Stallone’s character did the same:
“That is deceivingly hard. I went in there a little cocky, no pun intended,” Sistine said. “I got beat by the chicken.”
Stallone’s youngest daughter, Scarlet, 21, wasn’t force to participate simply because she lives in Miami.
“I was so happy I was not involved,” she told the Post.
However, she does sometimes travel to New York to visit. During one such visit, she and Sistine came face to face with an NYC rat.
“The first time Sistine and I were getting to know the city . . . She steps on when I say a rat … it was the size of a mini dog,” Scarlet said. “We were screaming, running.”
Sistine and Sophia have at this point been living in NYC for over a year, though according to the Post, their father still remains nervous.
“I don’t think he’ll ever be less nervous,” Sistine said. “He’s like a classic, overprotective dad. Three daughters at an age where, you know, we’re kind of all over the place and we’re out and about.”
“It helps that my mom tracks us on Find My Friends [app] so they know where we are,” Sophia added.
Everyone is shocked Sylvester Stallone joined Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club.

The whole family stays connected thanks to a family text chat that their mom reportedly contributes the most to.
“She sends us [a picture of] her dinner every night,” Scarlet said. “And photos of my dad sleeping on the couch with the cat, probably on his head.”
“The cat only goes up to him when he’s sleeping,” Sophia added.
Despite NYC’s unending crime epidemic, which now includes criminal illegal aliens outright attacking the police, Stallone’s daughters love the city and believe it’s a better place to live than Los Angeles.
“The energy is incredible, the people are so fun, different and unique. It’s just a place of discovery,” Sophia told Time Out magazine.
“I’m looking forward to being able to walk everywhere,” Scarlet added. “You don’t walk in Miami. People don’t go outside and just walk and that’s what I really miss.”
“I miss the culture [in New York] as well: every time you go walking, you see something crazy and I don’t really have that in Miami,” she continued.
Another NYPD officer assaulted in Bronx transit. Supposedly this occurred yesterday. As @NYPDTransit Chief Kemper has repeatedly stated the rise in felony assaults are mainly against cops taking enforcement action. The sisters went on to describe what they believe are the biggest misconceptions about New York.
“The biggest misconception is that New Yorkers are mean. Los Angeles people are a little more snotty but I think New Yorkers are much friendlier!” Sistine said.
“It’s true that it’s easy to feel lonely here in some circumstances but I do think that the city gives you great opportunities to connect and meet new people,” Sophia added.
