‘Tampon Tim’ calls for special session to curtail 2A rights after trans lunatic runs amok

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz on Friday said it was time to “take serious action” after a fatal shooting at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis this week, which claimed the lives of two children and left 18 others injured, including 15 children.

The gunman, who identified as a woman, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. A mass shooting at the hands of a transgender suspect is a growing trend in America, but you would be wrong if you were to think Walz was taking action to stop affirming mental illness. Instead, he is reportedly considering a special session on guns at the state capitol.

“It’s time to take serious action at the State Capitol to address gun violence,” the Democrat governor wrote in an X post.

In a move that will actually deliver results, the 2024 Democratic vice presidential nominee announced on Thursday that Minnesota was “deploying state law enforcement personnel to support public safety efforts around schools and places of worship in Minneapolis.”

“Students deserve to start the school year full of hope and excitement. No child in America should go to school apprehensive of danger, of losing a classmate, of gunshots during prayer,” Walz posted. “We’re deploying state law enforcement personnel to support public safety efforts around schools and places of worship in Minneapolis. I’m grateful to our State Patrol and DNR officers stepping up to give residents every reassurance that their families and children are safe.”

As for a special session, Republican House Floor Leader Harry Niska said in a post on X that his party has not been involved in any talks, suggesting the move was “just a partisan stunt.”

“If this were serious and not a partisan stunt, he would be calling Republicans, starting with the Speaker of the House,” Niska wrote. “But, in fact, it’s just a partisan stunt.”

A social media user urged Gov. Walz to “stop gaslighting Minnesotans.” Here’s that response, along with a sampling of others, as seen on X:
