Team Trump mocks entitled Haley’s stunt presser: ‘She’s going to drop down to kiss a** when she quits’

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s announcement of a Tuesday news conference had many in the media speculating that she was ready to suspend her campaign, but they ended up disappointed after she sucked them in.

Instead of acknowledging the obvious in that she has less than a snowball’s chance in Hades of overtaking frontrunner Donald J. Trump for the nomination unless something strange happens, the warmongering cringe queen insisted that she’s not going anywhere.

“Some of you — perhaps a few of you in the media — came here today to see if I’m dropping out of the race,” she told reporters and a small crowd of supporters in Greenville. “Well, I’m not. Far from it.”

With a sense of entitlement rarely seen since Hillary Clinton’s ill-fated 2016 White House campaign, the former United States ambassador to the United Nations and South Carolina governor railed against Trump, regurgitating the former first lady’s crackpot Russia conspiracy theories.

Haley’s remarks could have been cribbed directly from Hillary who is once again spinning the Trump-Putin yarn initially concocted by her doomed campaign.

Defiant in the days before an expected shellacking in her home state’s primary, Haley choked up when talking about her military husband’s deployment, a shameless ploy for sympathy and for good measure, suggested that Trump was acting like a king because he’s adored by millions while she is despised.

Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung reacted to Haley’s kissing the ring comment.

“She’s going to drop down to kiss ass when she quits, like she always does,” he wrote on X.

Trump himself was more diplomatic when during his Fox News town hall on Tuesday night, he was asked by host Laura Ingraham about why he thinks that Haley’s sticking around.

“I don’t think she knows how to get out, actually. I really don’t. “Trump said. “She did terribly in New Hampshire, every vote she got was from Democrats.”

“They’re trying to hurt me for the general election so the Democrats are giving her money and she’s playing into the game…she just can’t get herself to get out,” he added.
