Last month, during Fort Worth’s Trinity Pride Fest, Officer Sarah Stogner was seen on video confronting sidewalk preachers Rich Penkoski and David Grisham, threatening to arrest them over “offensive” speech.
The men were on a public sidewalk using a bullhorn to share Bible verses when the officer told them that “offensive words” could result in disorderly conduct tickets.
“If someone is offended by your talking, then we have a problem,” Stogner told the men.
When one of them asked her to clarify that she was going to issue a ticket for “offensive’ speech, the officer replied, “Yes, I am.”
Grisham was cited for unreasonable noise, with police seizing the bullhorn they were using.

Fort Worth police spokesman Buddy Calzada said after a review of the incident that the officer “made certain statements that were not accurate,” according to the Christian Post.
The department maintained that the ticket was issued because the use of a bullhorn violated the city’s noise ordinance, but said officers and new trainees will be provided “refresher training” on First Amendment protections.
Sadly, there’s more video of Officer Stogner allegedly “discriminating against Christians and infringing on 1st Amendment rights” by running interference for the LGBTQ community. In the video below, she is telling a man that he cannot attend a public event because “you are not here to support gay pride.”
PATTERN OF DISCRIMINATION
The SAME female Fort Worth cop who recently threatened to ticket Christian preachers for “offensive” speech stopped other Christians from attending a Pride event in 2025
She also threatened potential arrests for using “offensive” speech.

In the video below, another Fort Worth officer reiterates that “offensive speech” can result in legal action, even if it’s using the term “sir” to address a biological male:

In yet another clip, a police supervisor appears to threaten arrest when the group attempts to preach in public space occupied by a Pride event:
