The scheming Democrats are going back to the past for their latest line of attack against former President Donald J. Trump with MSNBC airing a 2021 audio clip of the Republican frontrunner denying rumors that he’d bolt the party.
On Monday’s edition of “Inside with Jen Psaki” the former White House press secretary unveiled the clip of Trump’s interview with ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl who had reported it in his 2021 book “Betrayal: The Final Act of the Trump Show” recalling a conversation that the outgoing POTUS had with RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.
“On his last day in office shortly after boarding Air Force One, Donald Trump spoke with Republican Party chair Ronna McDaniel and delivered some pretty uncomfortable news,” Jen Psaki said, citing Karl’s book. “He told McDaniel he was leaving the GOP and creating his own political party, threatening to destroy the Republican Party altogether,” as she launched the clip into the media ecosystem.

“When you got on the plane, you got a call from Ronald McDaniel. Do you recall? Do you recall that phone conversation?” Karl asked, to which Trump answered “No.”
“Because you, you had…,” the reporter said.
“What did she say?” Trump asked. “What did she say?”
“That you told her you were gonna leave the Republican party,” Karl answered.
“This is the sickest thing I’ve ever heard. I never said any such thing. You mean, I was gonna form another party or something?” Trump asked.
Karl answered, “Yes, yes.”
“Oh, that’s bulls**t, ok?” Trump replied. “Never happened.”
While it’s the first time that the clip was publicly aired, Psaki’s relaunch of the rehashed news comes as pressure is ramping up on McDaniel and the RNC to dump Trump with comparisons to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler once again being churned out by the left-wing propaganda machine over remarks that he made in a Veterans Day Truth Social post in which he described leftists as “vermin,” a term that was used by Der Führer.

“It shows you just how uncomfortable Donald Trump’s relationship with the party’s establishment has been,” Psaki said. “And yet, Trump and the Republican party have not split at all, despite four criminal indictments and increasingly unhinged and authoritarian language. The party has stuck by him, completely by him.”
“And that was made clear yet again when RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel refused to condemn, or even comment on Trump’s incendiary remarks on Veteran’s Day when he referred to his political opponent as vermin,” she continued, playing a clip of McDaniel.
“I mean, first of all, commenting on candidates and their campaign messaging is literally the job of the RNC chair,” Psaki said. “That is literally her job. And she was asked to comment on something that Trump said that echoed the language of Hitler, but this pattern of Republicans turning a blind eye is one we’ve seen again and again.”
‘They’ve always come back to Trump, no matter what,” she added. “No matter what damage he inflicts on the party and the country. The difference now is they’re gambling our future on a would-be dictator and they’re too dug in to ever reverse course, and they don’t seem like they want to.”
With Trump holding a commanding lead for the nomination heading into the primaries and the lawfare onslaught of multiple trials brought by the Biden regime and partisan Democrat prosecutors doing nothing to dent his support, the play seems to be to force the party to jettison its own frontrunner.
Such a move would infuriate much of the base but now that the establishment has coalesced around former South Carolina governor and US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley as its choice for the nomination, the option is on the table and it would absolutely delight Democrats.
Splitting the Republican vote would be the winning recipe to secure another four years for the deeply unpopular Joe Biden and his wrecking crew to finish the job of destroying America and building it back better to the liking of a ruthless authoritarian left political entity that has far more in common with Hitler than they would ever admit.
