The most bizarre part of Hunter Biden’s child support settlement: ‘Is this a gag?’

Hunter Biden reached a child support settlement in Arkansas with baby mama Lunden Roberts on Thursday that defies explanation, bizarrely promising his daughter Navy Joan Roberts, 4, an undisclosed number of his paintings but not his last name.

This ends a years-long paternity dispute over the pair’s daughter, whom the first son refuses to engage with and whom both President Biden and the first lady refuse to acknowledge as their seventh grandchild.

Biden was ordered in May to sit for a deposition under oath to answer questions regarding his finances. He also asked for his child support payments to be reduced after he reached an original settlement with Roberts in 2020.

As part of the settlement, Biden will give some of his paintings to his daughter, which can vary in size with a minimum size of 24×24, per the settlement. His daughter will be able to select which paintings will be sent to her or to a gallery designated by Roberts. The settlement mandates that “the net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.”

According to the New York Post, Roberts has unbelievably agreed to a reduced monthly payment of $5,000. That’s drastically cut down from $20,000. Roberts’ lawyer Clint Lancaster declined to confirm the financial details of the settlement, which were not disclosed in the court documents that were filed on Thursday. Hunter Biden reportedly agreed to pay Roberts’ attorney fees and court costs as part of the deal.

“Lunden is a great mom and little Navy is going be fine,” Lancaster previously told the New York Post. “The kid has lots of love on the maternal side of the family in Batesville. They are a very, very close family. They adore her and are always going to support her … But I think everybody is disappointed that there’s not more contact [with the Biden family].”

“It’s not lost on anybody that Jill Biden wrote a children’s book and [dedicated it] to her grandchildren,” the attorney added. “She could have kept it at that, but she named every child except Navy. They hung stockings for the dog at Christmas but not for Navy. That is one of the saddest things.”

Hunter Biden’s artwork has been lucrative for him and a joke to most of the nation as he has been investigated for years concerning taxes and gun crimes, not to mention alleged corruption involving foreign business dealings.

He sold at least five prints of his artwork in 2021 for $75,000 apiece. The asking price for a Hunter Biden original is $500,000.

The New York Post reported, “Hunter had argued last year to the Independence County court that his child support liabilities should be reduced due to changes in his ‘financial circumstances,’ prompting Roberts and Lancaster to demand more details about where the first son was getting his money. That request could have exposed who was buying Hunter’s art, information the White House pledged to keep secret following criticism that the purchases could be another form of Biden family influence-peddling.”

Roberts first began seeking child support in 2019. A former stripper at the Mpire Gentlemen’s Club in Washington, DC, she had a brief affair with Hunter Biden five years ago that resulted in her pregnancy, not long after he ended a torrid affair with Hallie Biden, the widow of his brother Beau Biden who died from brain cancer.

Hunter Biden originally claimed that he did not remember meeting Roberts, but text messages from the laptop from hell show that she was on the payroll of his consulting firm while pregnant with Navy.

A paternity test showed that little Navy was indeed Hunter Biden’s daughter. At that point, he agreed to pay $20,000 in monthly child support payments back in 2020.

Roberts previously claimed that Hunter Biden “has never seen or contacted” Navy and that President Biden and Jill Biden “remain estranged” from the four-year-old, according to court documents from April.

Lunden previously testified to a federal grand jury in the Delaware tax and gun case against Hunter Biden.

It is unclear exactly how much Hunter Biden will pay Roberts as the settlement is heavily redacted, but the payments will take place “monthly beginning July 1, 2023, and the same due on the first day of every month thereafter until” the child reaches the age of 18, marries, or passes away.

The document also asserts that Biden and Roberts, within the next five years, “shall discuss providing a college education fund for the child.”

The outrageous settlement was mocked all over the place:
