Thieves confess, FBI confirms diary of Biden’s daughter is real; sets sights on James Okeefe

Two Florida residents who stole the diary of President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley in 2020 pleaded guilty on Thursday, and one of them is now reportedly helping the FBI target Project Veritas next.

Meanwhile, nobody is asking questions about the diary’s contents despite it having been confirmed to be real.

“Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander pled guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property involving the theft of personal belongings of an immediate family member of a then-former government official who was a candidate for national political office,” according to a Department of Justice press release.

As previously reported, Harris, 40, and Kurlander, 58, stole Ashley Biden’s diary in 2020 and sold it to Project Veritas.

After acquiring the diary, the investigative group declined to publish it and instead delivered it into the hands of the FBI.

And now, not surprisingly, the increasingly corrupt agency is paying Project Veritas back in true liberal fashion.

“Prosecutors said Mr. Kurlander agreed as part of a plea deal to cooperate with the Justice Department’s investigation into how the diary was acquired by Project Veritas, whose deceptive operations against liberal groups and traditional news organizations made it a favorite of former President Donald J. Trump,” The New York Times reported Thursday.

FYI, Project Veritas does not engage in “deceptive operations.” Just as the establishment sometimes does, it performs undercover sting operations in which it records people speaking candidly and then publishes the clips.

The media do the exact same thing. The only difference is their targets. Whereas Project Veritas targets liberal organizations and figures, the establishment press targets conservative organizations and figures.

Also, Project Veritas did not ask the two to steal the diary. In fact, the group didn’t even know about the diary until they were introduced to Harris and Kurlander during a Trump fundraiser.

“Ms. Harris and Mr. Kurlander brought the diary to a Trump fund-raiser at Ms. [Elizabeth] Fago’s home, where it was passed around. … Ms. Fago ultimately helped direct Ms. Harris and Mr. Kurlander to Project Veritas,” the Times admits.

“Ms. Harris and Mr. Kurlander traveled to Manhattan to show Project Veritas the diary, telling operatives for the group that they had found it and other items at the Delray Beach home where Ms. Biden had been staying with a friend.”

In a statement, the group defended itself against allegations of wrongdoing.

PROJECT VERITAS OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO SDNY “GUILTY” PLEAS BY SOURCES IN BIDEN DIARY CASE

Posted by Project Veritas on Thursday, August 25, 2022

“Project Veritas’s news gathering was ethical and legal. A journalist’s lawful receipt of material later alleged to be stolen is routine, commonplace, and protected by the First Amendment,” the group said.

Not mentioned either in the DOJ’s press release or the Times’ report was the contents of the diary. The Times only said that the diary “included embarrassing disclosures” about Ashley Biden and her father, the current president of the United States.

“Embarrassing” is certainly one way to look at it.

The contents of the diary were leaked in late 2021, and as seen in the tweet below from Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert, a Republican, in it were mentions of Ashley showering with her father:

“Are there any real journalists willing to ask Joe about it?” Boebert asked in the tweet.

Apparently, the answer is a resounding no, as the media have been too busy attacking Project Veritas to concern themselves with the potential child molestation that was outlined in the diary.

It’s particularly troubling, critics say, given that originally the media had denied that the diary was even legitimate. But with two Florida residents having pleaded guilty to stealing it, obviously, it’s therefore been proven to be 100 percent real.

And yet there are still no questions being asked about its contents:
