Users on the left-wing echo chamber Bluesky are up in arms over the Trump administration’s efforts to “investigate, disrupt, and dismantle all stages of organized political violence and domestic terrorism.”
President Donald J. Trump signed a National Security Presidential Memorandum (NSPM) on Thursday to set up a “comprehensive strategy” in pursuit of the goal. Citing the assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk, the White House said the “surge in political violence in the United States is not random, but rather part of sophisticated, organized campaigns of targeted intimidation and violence requiring a new law enforcement strategy to fully address and prevent.”
But for the left, dismantling organized far-left crime is no bueno, as Andy Ngo noted in sharing some of the responses seen on Bluesky, including this: “Uhhh, folks? This is real bad.”

Ngo would know something about this type of violence, being beaten in the streets of Portland in 2019 by Antifa domestic terrorists for reporting on their activities.
“I’ve been assaulted by them multiple times,” he told a local affiliate. “But the most well known one was in 2019 because in addition to being surrounded and mobbed and beaten on my head just in the course of reporting on a public so-called demonstration in downtown Portland, they then dumped all the drinks on me, and, I was bleeding out of my eyes and, ear and was rushed to the hospital in the ambulance and was diagnosed with a sub arachnoid brain hemorrhage, which is bleeding in the brain.”
Antifa justifies the domestic terrorism it is known for by claiming to be anti-fascist, but Ngo said the movement is really about an anarchist revolution.
FBI Director Kash Patel spoke at the signing and said those responsible for funding these vioilent groups will be targeted.
“Our citizens are being attacked by organized violence, and it’s being paid for by other people… So what we are going to do is follow the money,” Patel said. “We are properly going to chase them down like the domestic terrorists that they are.”
