The more that comes out about the tragic rape of a 10-year-old Ohio girl, the worse the story becomes.
Initially, the young girl’s story was used by the media as an example of why unrestricted access to abortions is necessary, seemingly glossing over the fact that a 10-year-old was violated in the most heinous way and that law enforcement appeared to have no idea about the case.
Then, a 27-year-old illegal alien named Gerson Fuentes was arrested for the crime, reportedly confessing what he had done to the young girl.
Now, a report filed by abortionist Dr. Caitlin Bernard indicated that the person who committed the crime was approximately 17, placing the suspect as a minor and a full decade younger than Fuentes, according to Fox News Digital who obtained the filing to the Indiana Department of Health.
Critics of the doctor are now accusing her of lying in the official report, as well as only filing the legally-required report after she had leaked the story to the press.
Falsifying info like that has to be illegal in such a case. We cannot believe ANYTHING they claim.

Scary, makes you wonder did they know his immigration status, and was it a cover up if so ?

How is it possible that this story keeps getting worse?

So the doctor performed the abortion on 6/30, did the interview that made the story national news on 7/1 and filed the required report on 7/2. Presumably she learned about the pregnant 10 year old sometime prior to 6/30. Why did she wait so long to report?

Done on purpose so his information would be withheld!

As American Wire previously reported, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita is investigating whether Bernard complied with state laws to report the crime, as well as seeing if any HIPAA violations occurred.
“We have this abortion activist acting as a doctor with a history of failing to report. So we’re gathering the information. We’re gathering the evidence as we speak. And we’re going to fight this to the end, including looking at her licensure, if she failed to report. In Indiana, it’s a crime to intentionally not to report,” Rokita said.
He also took the time to slam President Joe Biden for not securing the border and ensuring that incidents like this can’t happen in the future.
“This is a horrible, horrible scene caused by Marxists and socialists and those in the White House who want lawlessness at the border. And then this girl was politicized for the gain of killing more babies, right. That was the goal. And this abortion activist is out there front and center,” the attorney general ranted.
