Transcripts showing drama over Kimberly Guilfoyle’s Jan 6 speech another BIG nothingburger

In a further attempt to smear anyone connected with former President Trump, transcripts from the Jan. 6 inquisition claim that Donald Trump Jr.’s fiance Kimberly Guilfoyle demanded $60,000 to speak three minutes at the rally that took place before the Capitol riot.

The transcripts purportedly include copies of text messages and were released by the House committee investigating the Capitol protest.

The committee asserts that Guilfoyle was insistent that her remarks would not be given for free when texting with Trump campaign deputy Caroline Wren.

“You will pay us that’s the deal so don’t even think about it,” Guilfoyle allegedly wrote to Wren in a text message. “You will send the funds as promised.”

There appears to have been a disagreement between Guilfoyle and Wren over payment for the speech. Guilfoyle reportedly told Wren they were “done for life” according to the transcripts.

Julie Fancelli, the heiress to the supermarket chain Publix, is said to have paid Guilfoyle the $60,000 according to The Washington Post.

The Independent is reporting that the fee was paid to Guilfoyle by Turning Point Action, a political affiliate of Turning Point USA. Both organizations are run by activist Charlie Kirk and the funds are said to have been donated by Fancelli.

“We will continue to stand for President Trump, stand with them and for this country,” Guilfoyle enthusiastically told attendees at the rally on Jan. 6.

“We will not allow the liberals and the Democrats to steal our dream or steal our elections. No president has fought harder than President Trump and his incredible family. And it’s been an honor to stand and fight alongside them. And we have a president that understands what it means to stand for the Second Amendment, for your rights, for the Constitution,” she stated.

“To stand for life. And it gives me great pleasure to be able to stand and fight throughout this country with one of the greatest Americans I have the pleasure to know. And that is Donald Trump Jr, the president’s son, let’s give him a warm welcome, and let’s show the president when he comes how much we love him. God bless America. God bless our president. And Ladies and gentlemen, the best is yet to come,” Guilfoyle told the crowd.

Leftists kept track reporting that she spoke for approximately two minutes and 45 seconds and delivered a 340-word speech. Mediaite noted that she was paid just over $176.47 per word.

It would be interesting to know what Democrats are paid to speak.

The House committee’s investigative 845-page report that smeared Guilfoyle predictably concluded Trump was to blame for the rioting that sought to upend the certification of President Biden in the 2020 presidential election. The committee recommended that the Department of Justice consider criminal charges against the former president.

“The central cause of January 6th was one man, former President Donald Trump, whom many others followed,” the committee report disingenuously contended. “None of the events of January 6th would have happened without him.”

The report was ostensibly based on the committee’s 18-month investigation and interviews of roughly 1,000 people. As of midday Wednesday, transcripts of more than 100 of those interviews had been released but leaks have been ever-present throughout the sham proceedings.

And just days before Republicans will resume control of the House of Representatives, the Jan. 6th panel has withdrawn Trump’s subpoena. Wednesday night, committee chairman Rep. Benny Thompson sent a letter to Trump’s attorney that was obtained and reported on by CNN.

“In light of the imminent end of our investigation, the Select Committee can no longer pursue the specific information covered by the subpoena,” he noted. “Therefore, through this letter, I hereby formally withdraw the subpoena issued to former President Trump, and notify you that he is no longer obligated to comply or produce records in response to said subpoena.”
