The president announced inbound direct deposits for some seniors as he drew a distinction between a harmful establishment “Slush Fund” and efforts to help Americans.
Throughout President Donald Trump’s Oval Office tenure, he has repeatedly expressed his desire to see a booming economy with an America First agenda. In his latest attempt to wrestle back taxpayer money from the maw of the D.C. swamp, the chief executive announced nearly $100 rebates for Medicare Part B enrollees, foreshadowing a much larger dividend to come.
Coinciding with the publication of a White House fact sheet, the president took to Truth Social late Friday evening and said, “I am pleased to announce that my Administration will, immediately, begin sending ‘Checks’ of nearly $100 to over 20 MILLION wonderful Seniors to help pay for their Medicare Part B premiums, which we have already reduced by significant amounts.”

“This money will come from the Medicare improvement Fund, a pointless ‘Slush Fund’ that has only been used by Dumocrats in Congress to pay for the Waste, Fraud, and Abuse for their Special Interest friends, and drive up Healthcare costs,” he went on.
The White House fact sheet detailed how Congress authorized $2 billion for the fund that, instead of being used to benefit Americans, was said to have only driven up costs, as $20.7 billion from the fund was previously used by Democrats to prop up the Affordable Care Act.
As it happened, the announcement on rebates, with most eligible seniors expected to receive direct deposits in early October, comes only days after Vice President J.D. Vance’s anti-fraud task force and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz announced an estimated $2.2 billion in savings by halting roughly 760,000 allegedly fraudulent ACA enrollments.
During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Vance said, “Think about all your viewers who paid into Medicare their entire lives. That program will not exist if we give health care benefits that should go to American citizens to illegal fraudsters. But that’s what happened under the Democrats.”

Trump’s post further slammed the left, and his predecessor in particular, as he said, “We are finally using this Fund, along with my Most Favored Nations Deals, to substantially LOWER costs for our Seniors. I pledged to protect and preserve Medicare and Social Security, which were on the verge of RUIN by [President] Joe Biden, who foolishly and maliciously let tens of millions of Illegal Aliens into our Country, and we are doing just that for America’s Seniors. This is separate from the equally substantial Refund ‘Checks’ we are sending to One Million Americans who were overcharged for their Unaffordable Care Act plans by Joe Biden.”
Having already reminded people that he’d also made $1,776 checks possible for military service members, the president used these checks to assure Americans that the promised $5,000 dividend checks would come to all Americans “if, and when, the Republicans win the Midterm Elections!”
