A Scandinavian nation was put on notice Friday by President Donald Trump after another prize snub in favor of a genocide-claiming jurist who “very obviously, hates Israel.”
Back in 2009, at the beginning of then-President Barack Obama’s administration, it appeared that the campaign propaganda of hope and change had been enough to convince the Norwegian Nobel Committee to award the chief executive the Nobel Peace Prize. Friday, after another snub despite a considerable track record, Trump unloaded on the committee’s 2026 pick — former International Criminal Court judge Navanethem Pillay — who “no one ever heard of …”
Following the committee’s announcement that the South African judge and former United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights had been awarded the prize, citing her work in defense of Nelson Mandela and “efforts to promote peace and international law,” the president took to Truth Social to react.
“This is the woman who received the Nobel Peace Prize of the Great United States of America, whose representative, ME, settled eight Wars, and many other things,” began a lengthy post from the chief executive that included an image of Pillay. “I know nothing about this woman, and neither does anyone else! In fact, to the best of my knowledge, no one ever heard of her other than the fact that she, very obviously, hates Israel.”
After reiterating his efforts toward negotiating peace in numerous conflicts, Trump reminded about his stance to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon “and blowing up the entire Middle East and, ultimately, far beyond!”
“I saved more lives than anyone in History and, as Maria Corina Machado, a truly fine person, stated to the Media when she gave me her Nobel Prize of last year, ‘Donald Trump settled many Wars, and deserves the Nobel Peace Prize more than any person that has ever received it,'” he added.
Earlier Friday, while speaking during a rally in Syracuse, New York, for Republican gubernatorial nominee Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman, the president expressed, “The United States of America, represented by me as your president, should have received the Nobel Peace Prize, but didn’t. And this is an indelible stain on the country of Norway and those people that made such a disgraceful and embarrassing decision. The Nobel Peace Prize has been forever discredited by a handful of radical ideologues who are anti-democracy and, really, enemies of civilization.”

“We will not forget, Norway, that you didn’t give this prize — with the greatest record in history, not eight wars, we should have had eight Nobel Prizes for each war — but that you didn’t give the Nobel Prize for peace to the United States of America is just another sign of how Norway and all these others are ripping off our country,” added Trump.
When presenting Pillay’s record, the Norwegian Nobel Committee noted her role at the U.N. as chair of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
As for the ICC, Secretary of State Marco Rubio slammed the globalist body not recognized by the United States with a promise to “dismantle” the organization “piece by piece” if it continues to overstep.
“They want more power, and they want it at the expense of our sovereignty as a nation. And President Trump will never allow the International Criminal Court to prosecute Americans,” said the chief diplomat, who went on, “Either the ICC will end its threats, or we will end the ICC. And we expect our allies — many of whom are part of the ICC and that rely on American service members for their defense — to rein in this rogue court.”
