Republican frontrunner Donald J. Trump isn’t buying President Joe Biden’s spin about congressional negotiations on a bill to secure the border which he sees as just more lies from the dishonest Democrat.
Trump traveled out west where he spoke to a revved-up crowd of supporters in Las Vegas ahead of the upcoming Nevada caucus and the widely disliked Biden was a frequent target of his remarks, especially over the illegal alien invasion.
In remarks that also took aim at the tens of billions of dollars for Ukraine included in the “so-called border security deal” that is really the top priority of Biden and his allies, Trump called it as he sees it.

“The so-called border security deal Biden is gushing out and pushing out is not designed to stop illegal immigration,” the former president said. “It’s designed to continue the invasion of America while sending billions of dollars to Ukraine and other countries.”
Trump noted that Europe’s contribution to the Zelensky regime is a fraction of what U.S. taxpayers are being forced to cough up, also questioning whether NATO would follow its own mutual defense pact if America was attacked.
“You know I hate to tell you this about NATO, if we ever needed their help, let’s say we were attacked, I don’t believe they’d be there,” he said.
“As the leader of our party, there is zero chance I will support this horrible open borders betrayal of America, it’s not gonna happen,” Trump said, adding “I’d rather have no bill than a bad bill.
“The fact is that if Joe Biden truly wanted to secure the border, he doesn’t really need a bill,” Trump told the crowd. “I didn’t need a bill. I did it without a bill. I did it with the current laws. I used Border Patrol.”
On Friday, Biden released a statement, demanding that a bill be sent to him and promising that he would shut down the border, omitting the simple truth that he could do so without legislation, especially a bill that contains a giveaway to the notoriously corrupt Eastern European country.
“What’s been negotiated would – if passed into law – be the toughest and fairest set of reforms to secure the border we’ve ever had in our country,” Biden said. “It would give me, as President, a new emergency authority to shut down the border when it becomes overwhelmed. And if given that authority, I would use it the day I sign the bill into law.”

It is the WORST BORDER IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD, an open wound in our once great Country. TERRORISTS ARE POURING IN, UNCHECKED, FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD. There is now a 100% chance that there will be MAJOR TERROR ATTACKS IN THE USA. CLOSE THE BORDER!” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Saturday.
