Trump rails against ‘Democrat CON JOB’, hopes ‘everyone’ reads Epstein grand jury files

President Donald J. Trump took to Truth Social late Thursday to blast what he called the “Jeffrey Epstein SCAM.”

Directing his ire at Democrats, the president took issue with what he sees as a distraction to the many successes of his early administration, calling it a “Democrat CON JOB.”

“The Radical Left Democrats are doing everything in their power to distract and obfuscate from our GREAT six months of service to America, results of which many are saying is the BEST six months in Presidential history,” Trump wrote. “They have gone absolutely CRAZY, and are playing another Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax but, this time, under the guise of what we will call the Jeffrey Epstein SCAM.”

“As things are revealed and, I hope will take place quickly, you will see that it is yet another Democrat CON JOB. Hopefully, the Grand Jury Files will put an end to this HOAX,” he continued. “Everyone should see what is there, but people who are innocent should not be hurt. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Among the distractions is a Wall Street Journal story alleging that Attorney General Pam Bondi had informed Trump in May that his name appears “multiple times” in the Epstein files. Of course, we are to believe that Democrats, who controlled the files at the time, sat on this supposedly damning information throughout the 2024 election.

Not only does the story distract from Trump’s successes, but it also distracts from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard submitting documents to the Justice Department for a criminal investigation of former President Barack Obama and key members of his administration.

Gabbard released damning evidence alleging that Obama was involved in a “treasonous conspiracy” that manipulated intelligence to falsely suggest Russian interference influenced the 2016 U.S. presidential election in favor of Trump. She argues that Obama’s team fabricated evidence to support a narrative of Russian collusion, laying the groundwork for a “years-long coup” against Trump.

The left is particularly nervous over the news that Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche met Ghislaine Maxwell in Florida to discuss convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Maxwell’s attorney, David Oscar Markus, told reporters that “there were a lot of questions and we went all day.”

“And she answered every one of them. She never did say, ‘I’m not going to answer,’ never declined,” Markus said. “This is the first time that the government has asked questions, so we were thankful that the deputy attorney general came and asked her questions. It’s the first time the government did it. So it was a good day.”
